I liked the location and the outdoor area. I liked the mini market inside the hotel. It was very nice setup in the common areas. The food was fine, no complaints alhamdolelah.

The room was very old and unclean. The wife was working only near the reception area.

Location good.

Price was good. Room was a total shambles. Dirty, cold, heating didn't work. Doors to balcony were broken and didn't lock. The traffic kept us up.

All inclusive, the food was a good standard, there are cheap eateries very close to the complex, would def go back for a cheap bit of sun

Absolutely nothing! There is nothing good about this hotel!

The staff, especially the night staff on reception and the “manager”, both attitudes were appalling! When they eventually let me into my room the room was DISGUSTING! The room was that bad I chose to sleep in a chair rather than getting onto the bed. I checked out the very next day. I skipped any kind of food and drinks. This is by far the worth place I have ever stayed and would never recommend it to anybody!

Absolutely nothing.The worst hotel ever - people should avoid for own safety.We have booked for 12 days, left after 1 night.Hotel refused to refund.Place is high risk to kids.

Hotel is like from the nightmare.Our kids started to cry when enter bedrooms :(Asked why we were there?Food - limited options/disgusting. Breakfast/dinner- plastic dirty plates, plastic cups.Building site right at the windows.Pool bar / all inclusive - beer and the cheapest vodka only. The cheapest plastic cups 100ml that they expected to be reused.Kids area - danger !!! Wires out and metal sharp pipes out. Pool area - never tidy up. Sunbeds were last cleaned in 2016.Tiles stick out at the bottom of swimming pool.Massive cocrotches in bedrooms - 6cm long.Filth everywhere.TV from 90ties - no remote, buttons missing.

The staff were quite rude the bed was horrendously hard,too loud at night only had breakfast didn't attempt to have dinner there.the room smelt of sewage the tap in the bathroom was leaking

Me no like when lots off different country people and hotel cameras no working there very dangerous for all adults or children’s .We no think it’s safe .Where I have problems not much staff want help .I stay there twice but really hard believe I’m hotel no cameras .Or no light ? at night where lots off people stay beside the swimming pool in the animation area.so sad .

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. The property is extremely outdated, with worn-out furniture, peeling paint, and an overall neglected appearance. It was clear that the facilities have not been maintained properly.Cleanliness was another major issue. The rooms and common areas were not up to standard, with noticeable dirt and grime. It left me feeling uncomfortable throughout my stay.Safety was also a concern. The locks on the doors felt flimsy, and the lack of visible security measures added to my unease.Additionally, there is no Wi-Fi available in the rooms, which in this day and age, is a basic necessity for most travelers. This inconvenience only added to the overall disappointment.I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant or worry-free stay.

Todo . Guys the most terrible experience in my life . Start in with the reception guy , he was hosting us to the room and when we ask the wi-fi he laughed on our face . Rude . Dirty dirty dirty. Food terrible quality price (164 for a night ) it s a trap . The comments of this hotel they real .

The price is affordable, and the location is good. The food was okay, but the plates and cutlery were often dirty and still wet.

The plates and cutlery were frequently dirty and wet when we wanted to use them. The pool water was dirty, had too much chlorine, and I even spotted feces in one of the pools. Additionally, the hotel is not child- or elderly-friendly due to many unnecessary stairs. They look nice but can be dangerous.

The view from room balcony was nice, room was tiny, Shower was powerful. Its allot cheaper than other hotels on booking .com so factor that in and its just ok. Staff were all friendly that i encountered and greeted with a smile. For a holiday here maybe just book the room and venture out, would i stay again , hmm not sure , maybe.

All inclusive meals were not great, food offering overall was not great. Big dual complex with another hotel carrabean village. Reminded me of an army camp but with less food choice and protein sources than a traditional cookhouse./ carbs rice and salad.Room tv didnt work and was 1980s big box shaped which served as a place to rest items upon only. I didnt get up for breakfast until the last day but apparent fighting and throwing of chairs was taking place with a couple saying they wanted to leave and not return. Also people selling drugs on a walk out of complex in the evening. Even though i was all inclusive i could not get served at the bar for a beer in the Evening, too many people queuing and ppl pushing in, 1 young guy taking his time serving drinks in tiny plastic cups behind the bar. So left complex and went to bars outside hotel. On returning to complex glass smashed on front door where the security guard was relaxed. I was actually sick while here ,Luckily a 24hr bug which had me sweating the whole night and shivers if i got out from bed to use the toilet. Lots of other people complaining but what to expect for 100euro a night for 2 adults room and some kind of food and maybe drinks.

Very dated, uncomfortable beds, poor facilities, charged £5 extra for a gym that you could have in a garage, maybe it was the room I selected ? one of the cleaning staff was incredibly rude to me, so much so I ended up checking out 3 days into a week long stay and stayed in a Airbnb, the excursions offered were overpriced and genuinely just outside the hotel there are places that offer them for a lot cheaper.

The staff are brilliant. Location is good. Room was always freshened up upon request.

It does definitely need a revamp, there is so much potential. Good and beverage services need to be improved upon. Utilities need an update and it would be good to have internet in the rooms.

Nothing… cleanliness was appalling! Had to go to reception for towels 4 days! No safe available in rooms! WiFi only available in reception! Food was very very basic!

Take it off your website! Would no recommend anyone to stay here :(
