Iberostar Founty Beach

Only thing good was it was close to the beach.

Everything. The food was not international and very tasteless as it was only for senior citizens. Even on requesting a different meal they didnt get it made. There was no variety no taste. And there was no option of having snacks or food 24hours. Secondly the rooms were very uncomfortable. No kettle or mini bar or even a bin in the washroom or ironing board and iron. And you have to go out of room to fill the water jug they have given. The toilets in the lobby were very dirty.

Our AC in the room was not working, so it was hot. we had to keep the patio door open for every night

Location, staff were very friendly, food was very varied and tasty, entertainment every night, room was big, bed was comfortable, we felt safe, easy taxi ride away from the airport, lots of sports facilities (even gym was alright to get a session done), long windows to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Staff were inefficient, got passed around multiple people on the main desk to get basic answers on queries, room wasn't ready for checked in time, we both had slightly dodgy stomachs (not sure if filtered water available or alcohol or food, or mixture of both), certain instructions not clear from staff. Small things really, but probably fair things to mention. Air con was rubbish in room also, basically non existent. Would be horrible in summer. We had to keep door open overnight to get some fresh air through the room.

Very good hotel, seemed more like a 5 star.Very clean and tidy.Good beds.Bathroom with good skin products.Restaurants with moroccan and ocidental food, all great.Pool with lots of sunbeds.Area for recycling kids toys and inflatables - loved it.

Honestly, nothing to say.

The location, the venue, the staff (especially Brahim, who worked so hard and never stopped smiling). Excellent value for money, plenty of variety of food.

The entertainment in the evenings was all a little too similar, lots of group dancing which was fine, just too repetitive.

Everything at this hotel is fantastic. The staff, food, facilities, and the complex are spotless at all times. The rooms have loads of space and have good light. The atmosphere is so relaxed, and the views are great, especially as sun goes down in the evening.

The taxi men out the front. They're rude, pushy, and over change you at every opportunity. We learned after a few days to walk 2-3 minutes away from the hotel and flag down a taxi with a meter. The price of our taxis was halfed.

It was very close to the beach and was cleaned with great effort at all times. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. It was a fantastic holiday experience

Everything great No complaints apart from sewage smell that would leak into our room fromThe area where they’ve put plants by everyone’s doors. In the evening around 7.45/8pm a stench would come into your room so I had to use towels to cover the door bottom gap to stop it coming in.

All of the staff across the hotel were excellent in delivering four star service. We enjoyed all our meals at the restaurant and pool bar. I appreciated the smaller scale breakfast that was available at the pool bar after 10am and there were also other snack sittings throughout the day. We unfortunately missed out on eating at the Moroccan al a carte restaurant as we had a food tour booked instead. All the beers and wines that we had were a good standard for all inclusive. There were a range of activities available throughout the day and the evening for those that wanted to participate. My mum and I were happy to relax and the animation staff were respecting of that. We enjoyed the upstairs bar in the evenings which was a bit quieter with a great musician who played a range of music to be enjoyed. The indoor pool at the spa is open 12-2pm everyday and there are a range of treatments available. I booked a hammam massage which was fantastic! The hotel, rooms and grounds are maintained to a high standard throughout. The pool area was pleasant with plenty sun loungers available (even if you’re not a 6am riser!). The only area I feel could be improved would be to utilise the lovely grounds to space out the loungers and therefore make it more spacious around the pool area. I would normally only opt for an adults only hotel, however, I had to book this hotel whilst in Agadir to move from elsewhere. The hotels use of early/late dinner sittings and different bar spaces helped to cater to everyone’s needs.

There are two aspects make me not very satisfied with stay at this hotel 1. there are a lot of repetition in food menu every day there are the same dishes with 1-2 changes in2. the bars are far from the pools and from the beach and the beer glass are 250ml so you should go many times to get drinks.

Very satisfied overall. Staff was so kind, food was so great (most of it is home made in front of you, even the bread dough!), the facilities were very diverse, the only thing which has to be improved is the room aeration. I definitely recommend this hotel!
