Hotel Timoulay and Spa Agadir

The staff were fantastic—welcoming and friendly. The location is excellent, offering a peaceful and calm atmosphere. Breakfast was truly outstanding.

The WiFi experience is poor, with frequent fluctuations. The room’s finishing requires attention to maintain a clean and well-kept appearance, as elements like the furniture and mirrors feel outdated and worn.Additionally, the room is not restocked with water daily after cleaning, leaving guests to purchase their own. Providing at least two bottles of water per day would greatly improve the stay.

Not much I didn't like but as we had opted for a suite, the balcony overlooked a dusty car park and main road, Most rooms seemed to have lovely pool view, though we did have partial view of the sea.

It was quiet and very clean, like a oasis of relaxation

The staff not so gentle in the reception, I’ve booked a package of hammam who was supposed to last 1 hour and a half and it lasted barely 1 hour, the massage berbère wasn’t different of the relaxing massage but more expensive and they have no beach.

My sister and I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. The staff, the food, the location, and room was stunning. The pool was our favorite along with the balcony from our suite. I highly recommended booking at this hotel, we have already told friends who plan to visit to stay here. The hotel staff decorated our room so nice for my sisters birthday and even gave us a bowl of fruit! We can’t wait to come back again!! We also loved the hotel cat!!

We booked a spa and hammam. It was excellent. The staff were really professional and super friendly. We enjoyed the pool after a long car trip in the desert. The room was very clean and spacious for the 3 of us, but it was a bit warm even though we had the AC on.

The breakfast buffet was more like a lunch buffet for our taste. A lot of warm dishes and sweets. This is a minor detail that the hotel can easily improve. For example, there were two different kinds of yogurt on the table, but nothing that could be added to it. Or you could get a nice, warm waffle, but no whipped cream, only jams were available.

We enjoyed our Monday to Friday stay here in March as a couple. Perfect for a short get away, clean hotel, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Bathroom spacious and shower fantastic. Pool side small but there was enough sunbeds- not sure how well this works in peak season! Pool water freezing...but it was March so expected! Breakfast included; people complaing about this but there is something for everyone. My other half is Eastern European and he loved all the hot food (that we would think was a evening meal!) For his breakfast! Omelette from outside kitchen was lovely. Drinks reasonably priced and staff members were lovely. We used the spa and they offered a wonderful treatment- was very relaxing and again at a good price. I unfortunately had a accident whilst I was away and the hotel catered excellent for me then being in a wheelchair (they provided it) for the last 2 days of my holiday. We would rate here and definitely stay again for a short trip. Had everything we needed and was clean, spacious rooms (newly done) and wonderful staff. Thankyou Timoulay ?

This place is a great example of a perfectly managed Hotel. Staff is so well trained and great, rooms huge and super clean. Pool is very good maintained and location is very close to sea. Restaurant is the best part of hotel. Very few negatives are wifi internet and spa quality could improve a bit. Highly recommend the place!!

The breakfast offered was both delicious and enjoyable, and the hotel's restaurant served quality meals at reasonable prices. The Timoulay Spa was excellent, providing a truly relaxing experience with attentive services. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, making it easy to enjoy seaside outings. Additionally, the excursions organised by the hotel were well-managed and added great value to our stay.

The rooms soundproofing could have been better.

Lovely hotel spacious and clean room breakfast good although if you go later the food isn't kept hot but plenty of choice

This is a tranquil hotel. It is clean and well maintained. The staff are attentive. The pool is large and comfortable with plenty of poolside loungers. The spa treatment we incredible value and expertly carried out. Breakfast was good, with a live omelette station and a full buffet. We ate on the under shade by the pool. The bar is well stocked and comfortable. It was a lovely few days.

I'd advise that you pay for meals and drinks at each round to avoid any misunderstanding.

The staff were exceptional always friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and very spacious. We were allocated a room on a high floor as requested, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was a bit hit and miss if you don't like sweet foods (plenty of cakes and pastries) The food wasn't always labeled as to what was in it and when I asked if a dish was vegetarian they didn't know. They could use a larger pool as sometimes there wasn't enough room for all the guests. But overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay in Agadir.

Excellent location just a few minutes from the beach. The hotel and our room were both immaculate, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Spa was run by very unprofessional staff..No guidance or told what to expect talked and laughed amongst themselves . Not a relaxing experience . Staff desperately need training

Lovely hotel. Absolutely spotless, nice buffet breakfast. Booked a deluxe room. It's huge, big balcony with a pool and sea view. Nice big bathroom. We only stayed 4 nights as a short break but would stay again. It's a short walk to the promenade where there are restaurants,bars and shops A walk to Agadir Bay is about 20/25 mins but a taxi is only a few pounds.

The staff clearly all trying hard and committed to excellence , Bravo!

The location - hotel is totally isolated- its a good walk to the beach, the nearest restaurant, anything really! Very expesnive charge for taxi back to the airport also

The pool is beautifully manages with big loungers as well as sun beds, the hotel provide pool towels which really helps and are always fresh. The pool is very sheltered and reflects the sun giving an all round warm and sunny area. Breakfast is fresh and varied, with something to suit everyone from fresh fruit and yoghurt to an array of great pastries. They make fresh omelettes and pancakes to order and you have the choice on seating inside and out. The rooms are great with balcony’s over the pool or to the seafront. Our suite was spotless and the attention to detail the girls give is amazing. The beds are firm, wide and comfortable. TVs with Netflix and Amazon prime. Our favourite thing is seeing girls arrange towels and making their daily sculptures inc small people and romantic swans.

Everything suited us well , we like the proximity to the each. The sunsets from the balcony’s and location to restaurants locally.
