bed madrass far far too hard, difficult to sleep noisy and too load music at the pool are, does not match the design and of the outdoor area, and guests aircondition not on in rooms , general rule for this period .

A lovely luxurious hotel right on the seafront, a short walk away from restaurants and bars. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern, the bed was huge and super comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked and had an amazing walk in shower, plus beautifully soft towels and robes. The bowl of fruit on arrival was very welcome and bottles of water in the room were replenished every day. The breakfasts were amazing, with a wide range of quality options. The pool area was beautiful, we particularly liked the comfortable sunbeds. The beach club area was fantastic, great double sunbeds and beach towels provided. The staff were friendly and attentive, we couldn't fault a thing.

We couldn't fault the hotel, it was absolutely fantastic, however, Agadir itself, was a bit on the basic side.

Very nice located along the beach, with easy acces to the Medina and the Tourist area. The hotel offers a very nice pool garden and direct access to the beach. The room was very nice, airy, spacious and very clean. The breakfast has some variety and we were quite impressed to find some gluten free options since my husband has an intolerance. The personell is nice and ready to help. Thanks to Fatima from the reception and to the hostess who led us to our room and explained everything.All in all a great, relaxing experience!

The hotel staff are very friendly and the cleaning is excellent. The supervisor, Kareema, always comes to check the room after cleaning — she is very professional, kind, and attentive. Thank you very much to all the staff for their great service!

Excellent hotel in the high end segment. You can be sure, that this hotel meets the highest hotel standards, adhering to the etiquette. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety for each taste, the personnel and concierge service are friendly and well trained and the location is perfect, close to the beach and to other restaurants and city attractions. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a beachfront stay in Agadir.

Towels service/room cleaning

The property itself was beautiful and offered great amenities. Beach club was safe to leave valuables and go for a dip. Met some great staff (like security guard and valet that recommended the fish restaurant)

My recent stay had its highlights, but there were a few service-related issues that affected the overall experience:Breakfast Service: On the first morning, the restaurant seemed understaffed, and I wasn’t able to get basic items like sugar or coffee despite trying. Fortunately, this improved over the next two days.Check-in Process: There was no clear communication on how long check-in would take. I had to ask multiple times before deciding to store our bags and head to the beach club while we waited.Room Maintenance: The bathroom sink was clogged upon arrival, which was an inconvenience.Towel Replacement: Housekeeping removed our towels but didn’t replace them. It took several calls and two visits to the front desk before this was finally resolved—definitely a frustrating experience.Missing Iron: I requested an iron on the first night but never received it. It seemed there was a disconnect between the front desk and room staff.

Everything were good, the staff, the room and service, the facilities, the location and the breakfast.

The staff were super friendly! Especially Yassine at the reception. The cleaning lady did an amazing job too.

Housekeeping kept missing things - one day, no toilet rolls, no coffee, no water and took my keycard for the electricity so when I returned to the room te aircon was off!

Design, location , atmosphere and swimming pools.

Some of the staff, needed customer services & public relations trainings. Food ( room service & pool restaurant). Both are below average. Most importantly, water coming from the shower smells like swege!!! Reported that to the front desk, but, unfortunately, they didn't take it seriously, neither they offered me any kind of a compensation ( for example to change the room). Further more before I booked the hotel via booking.com, in the description it's mentioned that hotel has a private beach which is not true at all!! It's facing PUBLIC BEACH. These are the important notes.
