Location was good, private beach. Great staff. Food ok on occasion the food was cold.

Bar prices were extortionate though

The hotel was excellent from start to finish, with very attentive staff who took great care of our anniversary arrangements. Mariam at reception went above and beyond to help organise a wonderful surprise for my wife, and the spa team were exceptional — my wife loved the hammam and full body massage. We stayed half board and really enjoyed the food, especially the breakfast, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked a specific type of room, but upon arrival, I was given a completely different room that did not match what I reserved. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they did not offer a proper explanation or a solution—and worst of all, they still charged me the full amount as if I had received the room I booked, they just said ( take this rooms and tomorrow will try to give you the rooms you booked) the big surprise was that I ask for late c/out until 3pm the reception without asking any MOD he said you should pay 600dh ?This is unacceptable, especially when you expect to get what you paid for. Poor communication and lack of customer service made the situation even more frustrating. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this hotel to others.

I liked the entertainment animation team specially elpop, Ameen .. i liked all the staff they are all friendly and very professional and you will feel like family.

The noise cancellation in rooms is bad - the toilets are so small and tight - they gave us a different room than what we have booked

I like location, pool, staff and food.

I didn’t like the extra charges of facilities like to pay extra for gym. And some others like no toothbrush Not good quality of soap ? and shampoo.

I was assigned a room adjacent to a nightclub that operated until 4:00 AM. I was traveling with two young children, and at check-in the front desk did not inform me that the room was located directly behind a nightclub, despite clearly seeing that I had children with me. It would have been considerate to offer a room on the opposite side of the hotel.At 1:00 AM, I contacted the front desk because the loud music prevented my children from sleeping. I was told they would ask the nightclub to lower the volume, which did not happen. I was also not offered a room change or any alternative accommodation.Overall, this was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience.I checked in late and was hoping to get a good nights sleep. I will go with booking for a full refund. I have a video of the club music going on which I couldn’t tag to this post.

The family rooms are good, the beds/madress should be improved. The staff are really nice and always friendly and smiling, very child-friendly.

It would be helpful to clearly communicate that full board does not include drinks, and that use of the safe requires an additional fee, as this can otherwise be confusing for guests.The long lines for eggs and pancakes are quite intense and create unnecessary stress for both guests and staff. It would be great to find a better solution here (for example, additional stations or better time management) so both guests and staff can feel more relaxed.The food selection could be improved. Considering that many guests are from Europe, it would be nice to see more international / European / Mediterranean options. For a 4-star hotel, there should be a wider variety of food choices and better overall organization.Additionally, heating the pool during the winter months would be amazing and would significantly improve the overall guest experience, especially in cooler seasons.These improvements would greatly enhance the stay for future guests.

The staff at the front desk are quite rude ?. Also, the restaurant at breakfast time was very busy and sometimes we had to wait for 10-15 minutes for a table. The breakfast options were also limited. In general, it was not worth such high rates.

Attitude at the reception, tricks that staffs are playing. Was out hicking on a rainy cold day. When we re back and ready to take a hot shower, water was cold like the rainy water. We left early and came back in evening. Once we enter the room staff want to come clean up.

The hotel is very centrally located, meaning everything is very easily accessible. Plenty of shops nearby to buy water, snacks etc. multiple travel agencies to explore the excursion options and located in a buzzing area in the heart of the city. Very safe to walk around with family even in late evening. The room we booked was having pool and sea view and was a decent sized family room on the 4th floor. We took a package of breakfast, lunch and dinner and found the buffet having a good spread of food. Overall we had a lovely experience in Argana hotel.

We visited the city in December. The weather is very pleasent to walk around and see places. However the water this time of the year is cold for swimming. So most of the travellers were resting around the pool rather than taking a dip. A heated pool is desirable from this kind of a hotel as we could not use the swimming pool.The other area of improvement is the breatfast as the restaurant really gets busy in the morning and runs out of space. Getting a table becomes challenging at times and long queues develop for live counters. The food is good but may run out of supply if you are arriving late.

An 80s hotel that never upgraded anything. Old decor. Old towels (gray, theyre supposed to be white), Old sheets, old beds. Dark hallways. A maze to get to the room from the elevator. You have to pay for the gym. You have to pay for an iron and a board. It was the worst experience in this hotel.

I had a truly wonderful stay at your hotel. From the warm welcome at the door to the excellent housekeeping service, everything made me feel comfortable and cared for. The doorman was always so kind and helpful, and the housekeeping staff kept my room spotless and cozy every day

Disappointed – Not as DescribedI was extremely disappointed with my booking The hotel was nothing like the photos shown online – it's misleading and feels like a scam. The room was not clean at all, and the staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. There was no AC, making the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent and honest stay.

The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. The elegant décor of the rooms, top-notch amenities, and high-quality services are the prime attractions of this hotel. The staff was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable. The hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The price was terrific. There were great breakfast,lunch&dinner.And the best place for people in the wheelchair everything accessible with no issue to push your chair at the Hotel .Thanks everyoneSincerelyAdil Boutahli

They changed our room cause they gave us a bad one at first

•The hotel used a misleading cancellation policy: they told us we could cancel until midnight, but when midnight came, they refused, claiming we had already had dinner and that it was now a matter for the reservation system, not them. The manager who was supposed to assist wasn’t even present it was his day off.•The first room we were given was awful: beds pushed together, poor lighting, and a lot of noise.•While the room issue was eventually resolved thanks to a kind staff member, one staff member was extremely rude.•The breakfast caused me a severe case of food poisoning on the same morning I checked out, which is unacceptable.•Overall food quality was poor even before the incident, and the breakfast experience was the worst part of the stay.

The hotel beach is too far and has no disabled entrance or paths, my son and daughter had to push me, in my wheelchair, up and down the hill to reach the beach and we had to use the public and free beach that luckily had the disabled pathway and the lifeguards were always amazing and helpful, the opposite of the front desk and sales department who were only after the money instead of the guest comfort. Also, my son and I have been assaulted and threatened by another guest and, no matter the complaint received by me and two other friendly families, the hotel has done nothing apart to "speak to the guest and advise them to not say or do anything else" and I had to push myself to stay all the time with my teenage son because we were feeling unsafe. I will ask for compensation but I will have to let the solicitor to deal with it because the holiday that were supposed to help me relaxing due to my severe disabilities, had become a stressful stay instead. And the so called " free internet connection" is awful and we had to buy 2 SIM cards in order to stay in touch with my husband and the rest of the family. The swimming pool is definitely too small compared to the amount of rooms and capacity of the hotel and they should remove the "beachfront" word from their website because you can't even see the sea from your rooms.
