The smell is sooo good in every corner of the hotel, clean , and good costumer service, breakfast is also so good

Only the music is a bit loud around 10 pm

Great view and location- right on the beach.

- room below mine was being renovated so it was super loud for a few hours on 2 days. - after several calls and a 2 trips to the guest relations office, I got a different room with a leaking kettle replaced with another leaking kettle ..and a tv with issues. - breakfast buffet was great but it was the same kind of food everyday ..might be a good idea to switch it up every few days.

Staff and facilities were amazing. Great location as well.

Even though the staff were really friendly and nice to us. We were a bit disappointed with them. We forgot a jacket in the room and only noticed that after we have already travelled to a different city. When we called the hotel they informed us that they have it but were not willing to send it to us and asked us to come pick it up. We already left our numbers to the hotel and they knew we were checking out. I expected the hotel to call or try to reach out to us through booking messaging once they found the jacket.

Very nice and rich breakfast with big variety of food and beverages. Excellent room with balcony and view over the ocean.

The room is not so clean. The towels are old and smiley. It needs to be replace them

Room full nish mot satisfactory, Rain water leaked fron the aluminum slding windows with no action from the hotel. Toilet was leaking

Great place to stay in, do not look further if you are looking for a place in Agadir. Great and lovely staff, a great big thank you to AABLA at the reception, very professional and welcoming and accommodating. What a great atmosphere to watch the African cup in the lobby with big screens and a 5star service. Will visit again defiantly as our stay in Morocco wasn’t long enough, first time, as we came to watch the football games of the AFCON.

Honestly nothing, they pay attention to the smallest details.

The service at reception was fantastic with the staff organising taxis which arrived straight away. They also addressed any queries immediately, rooms were clean and we had connecting rooms which were handy. Abla at reception was very helpful always with a smile.

Only thing to improve would be having an iron for guests to use. None available when asked housekeeping.

The staff was very very nice especially in the case where our bus was to leave Amadil very late in the night and we were given the opportunity to keep the room free of charge until our bus arrived so Special thanks to Nezha. Yousef was amazing with helping us out with our Luggage and Kaoutar was super nice we’re sorry we didn’t meet her earlier. She gave amazing advise and made us feel so welcome.

Property in need of updating. Much maintenance needed to our particular room. Food was minimalist.

It was very clean, great value for the money and the staff was too notch especially Omar at the reception was so helpful and insightful.

The private beach area was great and they upgraded us to a sea view room for my birthday. The spa was very good value. They do lovely massages and gave us a 25% off voucher. Oddly they don't let you leave through the beach exit but did make an exception for me which was great.

Had to ask multiple times to get slippers and tea bags. There was also no body lotion provided or conditioner.

Really loved the professionalism of the staff specially Nezha at the front desk. I have no hesitation in saying that she offered the best customer services I ever had even in the western world.

Cleanliness could be but better

Location, easy to walk to places. Our initial stay had a view of the beach and was quiet. Helpful staff.

During our second stay our room was on the first floor and noisy because of the proximity to the entertainment. Both bathroom showers were very slippery, fortunately the second one had a grab bar in the shower.

View from hotel room, beachfront, wide variety at breakfast, most of the staff were lovely, and quick service usually.

They didn't reply to me quickly on booking.com the first time I messaged them, and then not at all the second time. Everything was good, and we enjoyed our stay, until right at the very last minute when we were waiting in reception for our taxi, and a lady member of staff began talking to us and absolutely DEMANDING that we leave them a 10 * review, making me promise, not letting it go, and being very insistent and pleading. It was very uncomfortable, and ruined our last few moments at the hotel, giving us a bad last impression. If she had not done so, we may well have given a 9 or even 10. The hotel decor was slightly outdated, but the hotel itself was still nice and with lots of amenities and space. Just so you are aware- if you do not pay for all inclusive, the buffet restaurant is a whopping 200 MAD per person for dinner (around £18), but we just ordered very cheap takeaway!

I very much appreciated the reception welcoming me with a well-timed juice, the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing massage in the Oriental Spa before getting my room (and their accomodating my early arrival), and the well-diversified breakfast and lunch. The two dinner restaurants (Moroccan and fish) were also very enjoyable. I did not try the waterpark, but believe it would have been just as amazing as the water and evening activities offered by the Animation Team - they'll make sure you're having your best time, in French, English or Arabic.

Better noise insulation may be recommended during major sports events - but not an issue if you want to celebrate with Moroccans :)

The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and peaceful. The location is quite central, and the sea view from the room was amazing. The reception staff, especially Ms. Nozha, were very helpful and supportive.

The only downside is that the Wi-Fi in the rooms is very weak.

The team was very nice and welcoming, even providing us with an upgrade which was great after a long trip.Really recommend coming if you want to be away from the big cities rush.
