1 or 2 of the staff were not very kind to my husband.

Everything was excellent: service, comfort, quality, location, and staff. It was a great experience.

The younger waiters in the restaurant were unprofessional and their responses were sometimes unprofessional, unlike the older waiters who were excellent and very friendly. All the chefs were also very welcoming. The lunchtime on Check Inn days needs adjustment; the restaurant's closing time should be extended beyond 3:00 PM or 3:30 PM.

Absolutely everything from check in to check out . Outstanding service , delicious food and amazing entertainment team. We enjoyed it so much that we are already looking to book our fourth stay there . 10/10 recommendation !!

Can’t fault anything .

Location was excellent straight on the beach with a stunning view on the ocean . Room was very spacious and as described on the site. Some people tried hard under the general circumstances- several waiters and the manager of the restaurants, towel box person and reception manager. Cleaning services were good.

This was not a true five star hotel - many things are missing to be classified a 5 star : restaurants layout and crowded buffet, quality of food and its presentation, lack of night service in the rooms, cheap furniture around the pool and in our royal suite. Used towels in a true 5 star hotel are just thrown in the bin and then picked up any time from the clean box . Limitation to 2 towels … No private beach on the sea - we rented public , was available and good service and never stayed around the pools (crowded and on tiles). Conditioning did not work properly at arrival and had to be repaired twice, a sliding door was not closed properly and we found it just after several nights sleeping with open .. we tried to make the best from our stay, but it was just a wrong casting.

Staff - Jamal at concierge was brilliant, Brahim at breakfast was excellent.

The evening entertainment was poor, and the DJ after it wasn't needed. at that stage everyone was winding down, going to bed and having music blaring wasn't nice.The drinks were only ok, they could have a better selection.

Favorite part of the trip was the customer service we received from Yassine at the reception. Each time we w needed to go into Agadir or the airport, he made sure he not only got us a safe means of transportation, he got us a good deal compared to other ! I also loved that the it was a beach front and had the Jacuzzi overlooking the beach

While it was a good experience and they had variety for the buffet , there were a lot of things that could have been better especially for an All inclusive location. First, the welcome drink served at the reception was watered down and very artificial. Not a good first impression .We booked a sea front with relaxing pool . Me would think that given there were only four of those units on the entire resort, that Thu would keep it clean daily! It was never cleaned ! Getting into it you could see all the dirt underneath it. Not the experience I was expecting ! Also, the bed wasn’t the best when it comes to comfort! Typically for an All inclusive resort, you would expect to have access to something to eat and drink at intervals and not just at scheduled meal times . The after hours drinks was certain drinks and only available until certain time plus it wasn’t the best!Also, we were made to make a reservation if you wanted to dine at the Moroccan restaurant on the resort. I expects something different and unique but that wasn’t the case. They only served one type of meal ( Chicken Tangine ) which didn’t taste any better than what we had at the buffet - CulinaNeedless to say, I enjoyed the buffet because they had a lot of variety morning, afternoon and evening but, you had to make sure that you make those meals otherwise you won’t get anything better afterwards .Overall, I will consider the “All Inclusive”Experience an OK but not a GREAT one !

Wonderful stay at the Pickalbatros White Beach Taghazout !! Everything was perfect and most importantly staff are amazing and always there for you. Special thanks to reception/desk people, Mr. Wassim and Mehdi. Ms. Sara and Shaba, in addition to Moustapha and Soukaina who were so diligent in making our rooms clean and always fresh.

We live in Morocco so we know more of what to expect here and this resort is a 5 star resort for Morocco. Everything was seamless from check in to check out. We arrived a little early and our room was actually ready and they gave us our key to get checked in. The room was very clean and lots of space. We knew our view would not be great as we reserved the garden view but did end up being higher floor so we had a partial beach view. Some of the issues mentioned in other reviews may just be at the time of year. August is very busy as many EU and UK visitors come but we didn’t notice that they were understaffed or that it was too busy to find a spot at one of the many pools. Yes if you would like a spot overlooking the beach or near the hottubs and bar you need to get your spot early, but other than that no issues in finding a spot. We never had an issue at mealtimes with being out of food or plates. The staff is very attentive and professional. As for bar service at the pool, it is true that a small tip goes a long way, we are always sure to tip as it is such a small amount in the scheme of things that can change your stay experience. We had no problem with them coming to us. My husband even left his prescription glasses at the pool and the next day the bar manager retrieved them as they had set them aside..again we were sure to tip as many other places those sunglasses would have been gone. The nightly entertainment was good every night. Our room was not far from where they do the nightly entertainment and we had no issues with noise. Overall the service was excellent and we enjoyed our time with no complaints. We will be sure to refer all of our friends, both Moroccan and otherwise to visit White Beach.

The food was excellent, with a great variety of everything from beef, lamb, fish and chicken to all sorts of veg and Moroccan Tagine cuisine. Lots of desserts. Unlimited drinks. The gym was good. The hotel is on the beach just get out of the back gate and you are there. If you fancy a swim in the ocean the beach is very clean and seems endless. The swimming pools at the hotel are amazing. Really enjoyed swimming in the different pools everyday. Weather was almost perfect in July with temperature around 27 degrees Celsius. Staff at the hotel are really an asset to the business, very nice and very friendly.

The main lobby tables were not clean and were not cleaned for all the one week we were there. The floors were very clean, but not the tables which is a shame.

It’s our 3rd stay at Pickalbatros White Beach. We have tried many other 5 Star resorts in Taghazout by far this resort exceeds the others in customer satisfaction, food quality, service, fully equipped rooms. Other resorts might look better but they can’t keep up! Every time we come back there’s a nice addition to the resort.

The four restaurants selection and rotation of food was just spectacular. The staff OMG the most friendly and courteous people I have ever met. The facilities were all very cleaned and organized, I will be definitely be staying in here again

The waiters were pretty slow. There are no sunbeds at the beach. The beach is not very nice.

Location was fantastic, right by the beach. Staff were very good and plenty of loungers around the resort. Good amount of sporting activities on the resort

Food became a bit repetitive. Room was nice but felt a bit worn out.

Spotlessly clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, not crowded, location perfect looking out on the Atlantic Ocean. The staff were very friendly.

I always come to white beach with my friend, I love this hotel so much, the services, the room, the food, everything was beyond amazing, shout out to my favorite staff member from guest relations Salma, and also my favorite bartender Saiid, and all the other staff that made my stay memorable, would definetly come back again for sure.

It was set in a quiet, serene location, the ambience and aesthetics were amazing. they let us have free lunch on them even though we had checked out, that was super impressive.

sometimes the meals were not so great but in general the hotel stay was amazing.

The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. They even were able to repair my broken eye glasses.
