ROBINSON AGADIR - All Inclusive

Lovely location. Spacious .. plenty of room by the pools. Room comfortable. Food very good. Drinks service in restaurant excellent

Only occasional pool side service. All meals buffet.. would have liked a served table option restaurant.

It was all inclusive meals were great.the gardens, the swimming pool, the beach- everything was very beautiful .the pop up events we had every day, music in the garden , etc was really nice a nice touch. The young people that worked there were super nice and friendly.

Our room had a huge ant problem. They were everywhere. The lightning in bathroom was too dark. The lunch, breakfast and dinner place was very far away from where our room was .like 2 km walk. We are young and fit but it did get exhausting. It felt like we were just walking all the time there and back. The staff only spoke in german. Some of them could not speak english at all. Especially frustrating at check in and check out. 95% of guests are german speaking. We paid the same price, but all the kids activities, disco parties, quize’s, Easter menus on the table, any adult sport activity is only in GERMAN. All daily activity overview on screens, tv the room- german. Kids clubs were not available for english speakers. ( available but when they started to sing german nursery songs, my 6 year old daughter just refused to go ) . So it took much more effort to entertain kids on our own for 5 days. So we definetly felt excluded, dissapointed, negatively surprised and secondary to other guests. It is not clearly mentioned on any of the booking forms or web site ,that it’s and exclusively german speaking resort. I saw some feedbacks later similar to our experience but it never crossed my mind at all. It should be definetly pointed out so customer can make an informed and intentional decision.

We only spent a few days here as a beach break at the end of our trip. As it's right on the Atlantic, the weather can be changeable and windy in April. Majority were Germans, which we knew was the case, but still a shock when every member of staff automatically spoke to you in German, the classes were in German etc! Luckily I speak German but the rest of my family don't.

The location was quiet. The room was clean and well equipped. Although no shampoo and conditioner only shower gel so make sure you pack some.

This was predominantly a German hotel so all activities were in German and so English were excluded. Be aware that kids clubs are all in German. Evening meal was late at 19:30 and a fight for tables. Really chaotic but the food was nice.

The hotel is beautiful, the food is amazing, and everything is clean and well-maintained.

Unfortunately, our very first day was ruined by a racist experience. As my husband and I returned from the beach, a security guard stopped us and demanded our passes. What made this worse was that we noticed other guests walking by without being questioned at all. It felt like we were being singled out, and the way we were approached was very humiliating.We spoke to the person in charge of the guest experience, she was very nice and kind, however, this experience made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It’s disheartening to encounter this kind of treatment when all guests should be treated with the same respect and courtesy. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and provides proper training to staff on how to interact with guests respectfully, regardless of their appearance.

Spacious, great position with easy access to the beach. Good fitness facilities.

The views, the ocean and the food was exceptional. Lunch by the ocean and dinner was absolutely amazing. The restaurant staff is very friendly and kind with babies. The nursery was so well equipped and the staff was so nice and kind. We were very impressed. This is one of the best trips we had and we felt at home. Especially with a baby, it was still so relaxing. Nursery- special thanks to Zizo who took care of our baby and she was very kind Kitchen- the chef lady was so lovely and kindly guided me on what is Gluten Free. Food was insanely delicious. Fine dine all inclusive - it's just another level.

The staff at reception were all over the place, a bit rude and there was always a queue. They didn't notify us that we needed to change rooms for one night only because we had to book the last night directly with them as we couldn't via booking. Only when we asked they notified us and we had to argue with them not to change rooms. Quite robotic and young staff. The massage at the spa was disappointing, we had to tell them to insist in areas as they just touched as if applying moisturizer. I would have expected better skills.Yoga instructor - German only. Overall a bit disappointing to hear only German from staff. You need to be more inclusive with other nationalities and speak English. The yoga session was so boring - we literally repeated 5 moves for 1 hour. Also it didn't inspire wellness to me, it was more like a gym session. Then I saw the teacher eating junk food- fries and smoking - personal choice, but I am used to more experienced and health inspiring teachers. Bed too hard! I would have expected better quality mattress

The most striking point was the quality and wide choice of the food offered both at lunch time and in the evening, truly exceptional for a all inclusive hotel. Other good point the facilities for kep fit activities: swimming pools, gym, saunas,tennis etc...Even though the hotel is very large, we did not feel the pressure of large crowds as the hotel ground is very large, the restairants are immense and the staff plenty.

I understand that most of the clients are German speakers and therefore German is the preferred language everywhere. Whereas this was not a problem in the gym , saunas , bars or restaurants, I found the staff in the reception area shoud have a better command of English as it was sometimes difficult to be fully understood.For eexample when I checked out the very young German lady I talmed to had a very poor English and , in addition, was not used to use the hotel computer as she first thought that muy room was not paid. She had to call a more experienced colleague whith better English who finally dealt with me..Fortunately he corrected the wake up call time of SIX FIFTEEN which she had registered as SIX FIFTY !

The team of Robinson employees is superb. The food and facilities are excellent ? Beautiful location, lots of activities to choose from.

Nothing to mention.

Room was excellent, grand and clean with lovely sea view. The food and drink options were varied and a great spread everyday. Lovely pools and gym onsite. Lots of activity options with tennis and games. A great place for an all inclusive stay.

Food : should aim for more options in the vegan category. Rooms: rooms only get heated in winter season. Although, it is lovely weather outside, some temp control (cooling in rooms) is needed to feel comfortable. Language: staff were brilliant but struggle with English as they mostly have European guests.

Overall it really was magnificent. The first impressions were “wow”! And the hotel is very good at drama and theatre, e.g. huge decorations that change regularly at the pool or pulling out a lot of bikes from the gym for an outdoor class. The staff are very friendly and smiley. Almost everyone can speak English and German (the clientele were about 95% German). Reception were fabulous at sorting out airport transfers etc. It is a huge complex with a lot of space. There are many opportunities for sport and exercise, if this is what you wish to do. The choice of food was outstanding.

Turn up for dinner promptly at 7.30 pm or you may struggle to get a table! It took us a day to workout dining arrangements. It was made trickier as the main dining room is predominantly very large, often unfilled tables. We found the over 16 yrs room which was less intense! The all inclusive drinks menu was more limited than other places we had been - beer, G&T, house red/white/rose and, a fizzy wine.

Spacious resort. Access to private beach. Towels for spa and beach are colour coded and always fresh. Textile sauna is really good with the view at the garden. Outside pool is really big so you can always find your sunbed. Staff mostly very nice and pleasant. The best staff member Brahim who is working like housekeeping at the beach. He is always in good form and keeps beach sunbeds tidy. Have to say maids are really well trained. The level of cleanliness is fantastic. Our room was always cleaned.

Everything. The choice of food is extensive and delicious, the facilities and entertainment are endless, and having beach access was the cherry on top!

Nice calm atmosphere even though the hotel was full. Staff all very friendly.

Not sure why but the staff did not go around and collect all the glasses around the pool during the day?

Lovely hotel close to beach. Well equipped with attentive staff especially Mahmoud the surf instructor who was amazing with my 5 year old. What a great guy. Golf was brilliant and well organized Food was good and varied and lots of choices.

The coffee is terrible. Although they have a barista at breakfast who tries very hard but the quality of the coffee is poor which is a real shame. The automated coffee dispenser was even worse. But they do lovely tea. Alchoholic beverages are also not great with very little variety in the cocktail selection. Which is a let down because the food was excellent so why not go the extra and supply quality coffee and drink.

The staff often allowed children to access the 16+ areas of the property (restaurant and indoor pool).

It was a short and lovely stay at Robinson club! The kids had a lot of fun at the kids club ! I would like to thank all the staff for their kindness and quality of service offered! A special thanks to Khadija from the reception as she managed smoothly our reservation changes ! The snack we found in the room at our arrival as we checked very late the first day were appreciated ( thanks for the attention)! Will be back inshallah for sure !
