Dominium Palace

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the team at Dominium Palace for the professionalism and attentiveness of their staff. The hotel’s facilities are exceptional, with outstanding cleanliness, thoughtful design, and elegant décor throughout. The breakfast buffet, in particular, is a genuine delight. It has been a truly enjoyable experience, and we look forward to returning in the near future.

The location was great, some of the facilities were great and very beautiful. Enjoyed the pool and the terraces.

The WiFi wasn’t great and the breakfast was disappointing

Staff are tricky, they try to make you do extra payments on everything.

Room well equipped

The reception was not caring not professionell att all. When I had a problem with the focet boken at the bathroom . I have been calling severl times no one was sent to check the room I was taled to wait. When I called for the 3th time the receptionist has no clue that I have been calling for the same problem severel times. Insted of solving the problem with my room they have to refere me to the manager I waited 2 houres before I get an other room since they couldnt fixe my room.I have to go down to the reception and explain that the water was leaking in the bathroom since no one came to check the room.At the end I was informed by the cleaning Lady that they might change my room but she was not sure.Again no one came to communicate the information. I havent heard from the hotel that they were sorry for the disconfort caused during my stay.When talking to the reception the only things I heard talk to the manager. That is not acceptable.

Super nice place if you are looking to relax in the middle of Agadir. Nice location, close to the Kings Palace. Typical hotel in a comercial beach location. Super nice breakfast, delicious.

Good stuff they help us

They are not interested in quality finishing for hotel that the hotel it’s new but the finishing of the ceiling the piping not good and look like old and the glass window. It’s not.

the internet was weak.the breakfast manager was very rude, he understood nothing about hospitality, ruined my breakfast with his ignorance. I would fire him if the management is reading this.very bad...

The breakfast was very bad, the quantity was small, the restaurant space was very small, and I did not have a place to sit with my family. The hotel visitors were many.

the staff is friendly and very clean.we are very satisfied especially with Said and Ibtisum

IIt didn't have Beach access

Great breakfast, hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. Helpful staff and around a 15 min walk from the main promenade.

We didn’t mind but just a heads up that this hotel doesn’t serve alcohol for those that may have missed that point. There was a little fridge in the room which was handy, would be great if it had a freezer section too. We occasionally got mini water bottles in it but not everyday.

The hotel itself was beautiful and modern Breakfast was nice most days Said was very kind and helpful Bottles of water and room cleaned daily

Toilet flushing function was broken and we had to ask several times for it to be fixed just for it to break again Wi-Fi was average Air con broke day one and had to ask several times before it was fixed Room wasn’t cleaned till late evening, had to chase for bottles of water that took hours to arrive to room Exchange rate is fixed so paid more than we were supposed when they exchanged the currency Service at pool was very slow When sheets were swapped they were sometimes swapped with stained/poorly washed sheets Reception not prompt to respond, things have to be asked for twice

Service was bad throughout all staff seem very unhappy and said so too it really showd unhappy staff will create a negative atmosphere Managers in black suits with white runners are all very unfriendly and horrible to the staff Not once did anyone ask us if we needed anything or were enjoying our stay it's a new hotel 12 months old they need to show that the guests are important to them The rooms with balconies overlooking the poolWe're ALL empty but we were both given rooms with no view no balcony and very dirty windows That ages no sense at all The food in restaurant where we ate only once, was shocking bad , cold hard steaks cold chips cold veg My sink in room was blocked 2 days in a row no towels left in my room had to go through corridors to find the trolly and get my own Once I complained that the reception staff sorted the towels and blocked sink they sent up fruit and cookies as a gift but I would have preferred an apology from the management It's a beautiful hotel but if it thinks this is 5 star they meed to thinkAgain service and attention to detail is so important I go to Agadir 3 times per year it's my first time at this hotel They need to improve things FAST if they want return customers I would think carefully about returning

Excellent service particularly Said on the door at Reception and the staff service at breakfast was faultless. Very attentive first class hospitality

The staff in all departments were wonderful. They never passed without a greeting. Beautifully maintained property and is spotless.It was quiet and peaceful.

There were a couple of things but not worth mentioning and were dealt swiftly and professionally by the staff.

Ideally situated, staff were very helpful, hotel was clean, breakfast was hot and had plenty of choice even during Ramadan. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an unforgettable experience at the Dominimum Palace Hotel while celebrating our 3rd Wedding Anniversary. To make it even more special, it was my wife’s first trip to Africa, as she comes from the Philippines.The hotel truly lived up to its 5-star reputation, offering top-notch facilities and a prime location just a 12-minute walk from the seaside. Booking our excursions to Croc Park and the Agadir Panorama Tour Cable Car was seamless, and we appreciated the convenience of being picked up and dropped off safely.Each day started with a delightful breakfast featuring a wide selection of dishes, followed by relaxing afternoon coffee, and culminating in dinners we thoroughly enjoyed. A special mention goes to Amine, who welcomed us warmly during our evening meals. His exceptional hospitality and engaging conversation made our dining experiences even more memorable—he truly is a stellar ambassador for the Dominimum Palace Hotel.The swimming pool area was an absolute delight, providing the perfect spot to soak up plenty of vitamin D. The facilities were top-notch, featuring a bar serving refreshing drinks and a great selection of music to set the mood. A highlight for me was playing table football with one of the attendants—we were evenly matched, which made for a fun and friendly game!Our suite was impeccable, generously sized, and meticulously cleaned to the highest standard. We were thoroughly impressed and extend our gratitude to the housekeeping team for their outstanding work.This trip was a perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and cherished moments that we will always treasure.
