Wonderful, elegant, had a hard time leaving the hotel for sightseeing. Very refined, yet friendly place and helpful staff. Excellent rooms. High quality food. Would definitely stay there again.

Very friendly people who do a very good job to serve you as a customer. Good breakfast included which holds a variety of food and bevereages.

Privacy in a colonial tyle hosue like this isnt the same as in an anonymous modern hotel complex, fien with me but maybe for some people not what they would epxect.

Small enough to feel cozy, big enough to have a great restaurant, a billiards room and a beautiful bar. My room was very comfortable, with a little terrace. Staff was friendly, attentive and competent.

Amazing restaurant and beautiful aperitif's with your drinks. Communal areas are extremely attractive and comfortable to spend time in. Bedroom was a really comfortable space and the bathroom very well equipped. Fabulous pool area.

Just a little more attention needed to customers waiting for a drink and all would be perfect.

The amazing staff so friendly and welcoming. The hotel manager in his orange scarves. The pool, the amazing staff at the Spa so good I went twice. The breakfast has a wide selection and I have a very good omelette.

Location, interior design and rooms were beautiful. Service was amazing from the staff. Rooftop beautiful.

Breakfast buffet was average, offer presentation seemed poor, esp fruit , but made to order eggs were good. Fresh orange and coffee excellent. Not enough was made of the drinks salon, the team could have promoted a cocktail hour and we would have attended. But the room was not utilised and it’s a pity.

Stylish very well located hotel. Incredible roof top pool allowing for proper lengths. We loved our room with windows accented with coloured glass.

A fabulous hotel with a lot of character in a perfect location. The staff is extremely attentive and the hotel manager very present. We loved the rooftop pool area and the breakfast.

Everything about this property is amazing. The location is extraordinarily convenient. This is not a glitzy and modern tourist resort hotel. It is a step back to an age of gentility and civility. And my experience for Christmas Eve dinner, and the attention the chef gave me making some changes to the prix fixe meal, render this a memorable meal.

It is an older property so using the electrical outlets require some creativity lol. But who cares, this place is just very special

Loved the location, food the ambience

Nothing really except for noise echoing around building from other guests. Not sure that can be helped.

We were upgraded to a corner room , which was very comfortable and had a sitting area. Breakfast was a beautiful buffet, with lot de of choice for everyone. The pool and roof terrace was great. Staff was really nice and helpful. Location on the edge of te medina ideal, especially if you need to park your car. They have 7 spaces that are roped off to park.

It being November, the courtyard where breakfast was, was chilly in the morning. The bar didn’t have any atmosphere.

All staff were always very polite, professional and helpful. The Manager also extremely pleasant.

Beautiful building, great location and amazing staff! Everyone here was so nice and helpful and gave their best to accommodate every wish, they even made us a special vegetarian dish for dinner!

I love every thing about the hotel specially the staff who worked there , they were so kind and helpful . They even gives my 2 kids gifts before we leave the hotel it was very thoughtful of them and made my kids happy .

Premium Deluxe room was first class. ALL the staff were 100% professional and likeable. The hotel manager was excellent and attentive. He made sure he talked to us each day. We were in the hotel when the Earthquake happened (8th Sept 2023), and we were looked after and informed as much as possible. The hotel staff were caring even though they were worried about their own families, in Essaouira and in the Atlas Mountains.

Fabulous location just inside the Medina. Beautiful hotel, very nicely decorated, very clean , lovely bedroom and an excellent swimming pool on the roof. Lovely friendly staff!
