The room was good size, comfortable bed and work space. The pizza at the restaurant was amazingly good - went multiple times throughout my stay.

There are not enough staff to run the hotel, despite the staff member's efforts, we had to wait for food during breakfast, please hire more people.Waiting for an invoice.

Good stay, nice staff, liked having all this space to myself.

A bit too pricey for the location far away from the center and the mid cleanliness. Bathroom also had a bad smell.

The cleanliness, the staff, the rooms und the restaurant is superb. Everywhere was cozy, warm and bright. It feels like home. The breakfast was great. Comfy mattress.

The hotel’s garden and interior design are beautiful. I stayed with my large-breed dog and my private car. However, in terms of hygiene, the stained carpet flooring and the towels with holes were a bit disturbing. I stayed in room 101, and there was a strong urine smell coming from the carpet flooring. I couldn’t help but wonder if they intentionally assign this room to guests with dogs, since not every dog is well-trained. As I only stayed for one night, it wasn’t really a problem. The staff are friendly and the hotel is pleasing to the eye. Free parking is available.

This hotel is set up for a wedding venue, would not recommend if you are in Sliven on business. The rooms clean were a bit dated they looked better in the photos than reality.

The location is set up more as a luxury venue for events, plush chairs and sofas everywhere, meant to be elegant and succeeding in the common areas. The room was clean, the actual bed was comfortable, quiet location, parking was available. The pastries were very good.

The receptionist was in a private ((i think) conversation when we arrived and ended that after 5 minutes of us waiting. The room promised a spa bath which was out of use, on the terrace (pic attached). The bathroom ceiling paint was coming off and the extendable couch was hell to sleep on and broken. Breakfast was way below expectations, there was no butter for example and the cups below the coffee machine (which was instant coffee not real coffee) were not washed properly. In the room there were 2 bath robes, though the room was for 4, 3 towels and so on... i think that particular room was not accomodating 4 people at all..

Very beautiful setting, building, and room. The back patio was nice and the overall feeling was sophisticated but mountainous feeling.

There was a lot of trash in the parking area and the breakfast was nice but not well set up or very well stocked. But it was still nice and we’d stay there again or recommend it but would mention those things. The AC didn’t seem to be working well in our room either so that was somewhat uncomfortable but we survived :p

It’s a good value. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice.

It’s not in the downtown area but this isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

I appreciated the wooden writing desk near the window—it made it easier to catch up on some emails in peace. The natural light in the morning was perfect.

The towels were soft and obviously freshly laundered. I also liked the fact that the shower warmed up quickly and didn't have an unpleasant smell.

The shower had excellent water pressure and heated quickly. I didn’t expect such a good bathroom in this price range.

I requested an extra pillow, and it was brought up in ten minutes. Service was prompt and polite.
