Pros +
- Ok exterior
- Lux and quality service
- The spa was amazing and the breakfast was very good. The room was clean, very nice, and had a beautiful view over the rooftops of the old town. We stayed in a triple room, and even the third bed was comfortable — not always the case in hotels!
Cons -
- Dirty and lots of dust. Staff not unfriendly, but also far from customer-oriented. Facilities overall outdated.
- Perssonel didn't take tips but not inform me about my forgotten staff!?!?!

Nothing at all – this place was a real gem!"
The location: not in a crowded area, but a short walk away from the City CenterThe room: cozy and niceThe restaurant: exceeded my expectations. Excellent food. Excellent wines served in the RestaurantThe Spa and the Pools: EXCELLENT! The Underground parking: large enough and with the correctly organized access flow
Nothing to be mentioned.
The hotel staff provided exceptional service, demonstrating both friendliness and professionalism throughout our stay. The spa facilities were particularly impressive, prompting us to return for massage treatments on four separate occasions. Each massage was highly satisfactory, exceeding our expectations. Additionally, the studio we booked proved to be perfectly sized for our needs. The Château Bozukoff wine offered at the hotel is worth trying. We bought some for gifts too.
During our stay from Monday to Saturday, we initially encountered an issue with our assigned room. The hotel staff efficiently resolved the problem by providing us with a more suitable accommodation. However, on the second day, a late-night event held in the restaurant caused some disturbance in our room. We commend the management team for their satisfactory response to this issue. While our overall experience was positive, the spa area was quite noisy on our final day. We plan to visit the hotel again in the future, perhaps avoiding weekends to ensure a more peaceful stay.
The hotel is centrally located, has a fabulous spa, helpful staff, large rooms and great value.
Breakfast was very good but could maybe have a bit more things like cut fruit and milk for cereal.
Smart, modern city hotel . Lovely spa, excellent massage. Attentive staff, good food, excellent breakfast with chef to cook your order at a table. As live music lovers it was great to listen to a very good guitarist and singer with dinner. Our dog enjoyed it too.
All good.
It was clean and the breakfast was good
There was a lack of parking places. The music from the restaurant was very loud and it was a chalga party till 1am!
This hotel met all our expectations. Staff were great lovely breakfast and fantastic spa
Very good hotel with a huge SPA zone, a car garage and good location, it’s near to the city centre.
Well we were with a disabled person and it’s a little bit strange, the only way to the restaurant is by climbing up on stairs.
Very clean hotel, with spacious and modern rooms, with good facilities. Breakfast was amazing, very fresh and a great touch to have a crepe/omelette station served to order. The spa facilities were also great with lots to choose from.
Everything, the breakfast was amazing, freshly cooked omelette and good selection of fruit. The spa was very relaxing and included in the price I paid, friendly helpful who always greeted me with a smile.
Good spa, good spa staff in fact excellent, and very good massage.. the rest is a total disgrace and best to avoid.
Where to start I paid £106 pounds for a deluxe suite when I arrived I was given the standard £38 room, thinking I would not notice! I went back to reception, then given another room went to room it was the superior standard £48 pound room, again I complained then given the £70 pound studio room, none of which is what I paid for! I paid before arrival for the 2 bedroom luxury suite I deserve to be given what I paid for! At 9pm 6 hours after I checked in they offered to move me again, to which I declined can’t be bothered, there answer we will let you park for free, which brings me to the next debacle, when I checked in I ask where to park and was shown, 3 hours later I get a call can I move cos a Bulgarian car is blocking me in otherwise, I go and move car, after dinner at 9pm, they ask me to move my car again (3rd time) because another Bulgarian car won’t be able to get out in the morning, so I move again, this hotel is a total joke and strange that because I am English I have to move rooms 3 times and still don’t get what I paid for and I have to move car 3 times even though they told me where to park! Charging for something and not supplying that is illegal in any country in the world hence reporting them to the police, might be petty but a matter of principle! This is ripping people off and is illegal and disgraceful behaviour, it’s 2024 and this hotel is operating like 1970s, clearly they only want Bulgarian people to stay and make it as difficult and awkward as possible for others! Get out the dark ages! It’s such a joke one can only describe it as discrimination, what other possible reason could there be!Restaurant quality of food just about average, plus if you sit outside you will be plagued by fliesThis hotel only really wants to cater for Bulgarian weddingsIt should be ashamed and yes they still charged me £106 pound even though did not supply me that room, but they let me off the £5 parking fee….you should be ashamed !
The SPA staff was exceptional. And I loved the Massage. I booked another stay immediately
I dont have any complaints.
Set in centre of Sliven pleasant surprise once inside Hotel...All good staff and clean rooms ...lovely garden ..pleasant Breakfast with fresh Omelette to your choice..
No furniture on Balcony facing mountain Pleasent
Friendly staff, the Spa is an amazing place. We had a lovely meal and breakfast
All was good
Nice location. Private parking. Very polite staff.
There was a gipsy wedding in the restaurant and it was very noisy until 1am... A lot of chalga...
Comfortable room. Nice food. Central location.
Reception staff and spa staff not so friendly. Very high bath to climb in and out of to shower.
The restaurant. The waiter was very kind - thank you.
The spa has potential but thing have to be adjusted. The hot sauna is missing a wooden floor, not acceptable. The big pool is too warm, the jacuzzi - too cold, etc.
Staff are fantastic!!! Restaurant (dinner) food was delicious, and the servers were great! Location is ok, in town. Hence, you will hear dogs barking all night. Some rooms have good mountain views. Clean facility. Nice yard. Good AC. This Property met our expectation with some reservations (see negatives).
Parking is a disaster! The shower has only 1 side glass wall. Therefore, after every shower, the entire floor is wet (major slip and fall hazard). No extra towels to combat the water on the floor. This is why I am giving it a 7.
