Nasty nasty nasty place!

Bar in the hotel downstairs, stinky, dirty and so much cigarette smoke even in the elevator.Never again this shot hole!

Honestly I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and the room was comfortable. The only issue was the loud music from the club downstairs, which made it hard to sleep at night. Other than that, everything was great!

Unfortunately, the music from the club downstairs was too loud at night, which made it hard to rest.

The service was very good, the people working at the hotel were very welcoming.The room was clean and well prepared when the guests arrived.The location was perfect, close to many principal locations.

Noice could still be heard at night. Since the hotel is located in centre town, that's an expected issue to encounter. I recommend that the hotel changes the type of windows to solve this.The breakfast was eatable, but for the price we expected better than what we were served.

This is my second time is staying here and again the same lady khadija was very nice. Good manners and I would recommend to everyone really good hotel for the good price.

I had a really comfortable and place in the stay, the lady name khadija her hospitality was really good, nice and clean rooms. The location is perfect in the middle of the town center. I would really recommend I give five stars.

1. High speed Wi-Fi.

1. They asked me for a higher price not the price mentioned in booking but after negotiating they keep booking the price.2. I didn't find hot water in the shower. The hot water came after midnight 3. Room service didn't come to clean the room.4. I asked for an invoice and they provided me with a bill.5. They mentioned parking, but the parking they have is just for two cars and the place where the hotel is very crowded and difficult to find a place to park a car.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located downtown a vibrant city. Within walking distance to shops, cafès and restaurants. The room was cozy and mostly clean with a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed this nice little hotel.

I was stopping by in Kenitra and had a really pleasant one night stay with extremely friendly staff, and amazing food, I was told that the hotel just underwent a recent refurbishment which is lovely to see in a really comfortable room and I could smell the cleanliness upon entering the door. A perfect spot for annoying stopping by in Kenitra!

bookes online with a price , but when went there, lady refused to give room and asked me for 500 dh . She said this cheper price is mistakenly come . Very rudely she was talking

Inside the hotel there are bars with live music .very noisy and dirty.it it is they should close this place it is so bad the smell of cigarettes and alcohol everywhere.people are coming and going out from this place .drunk people everywhere.i believe I was the only one staying at this dirty place.this is the worst place I ever stayed in in my life.avoid this place very dodgy plenty of drunk people and cheap prostitutes.advicecto booking management not to advertise this dirty place on their website

I Absolutely loved my stay at hotel d europe, The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The room was comfortable and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. beside that the breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, and the Moroccan crepe was a delightful highlight of the experience !Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kenitra city
