Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Azzedine, Maroua, and Kaoutar Myatt they made everything easy and pleasant. Would definitely come back.

My stay at this hotel has always been exceptional it is my favorite hotel every time I visit KenitraThe rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is varied and delicious, and the location is excellent, close to everything. The reception team is extremely helpful and friendly and truly deserves appreciation for their professionalism.A special thanks to Miss Youssra from the Public Relations department for her constant attention and genuine care for guests' comfort. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely return on every trip to Kenitra.

The stuff we're very nice , the location was in the entry of the city

The swimming pool was too small, unclean, the beds we're not comfortable the breakfast was not at all a 10$ value , the cost of the stay is way much far from the quality of this facility. Not to recommend to anyone I know even for one night .

Honestly impressed by the hotel, close to the highway, many shops and supermarkets 5 min walk, tranquil neighborhood, Friendly and available staff, impressive cleaning ! A little small rooms but still comfortable for 1 person. Would definitely come back.

I want to start off by saying that the staff was very nice, especially Sara in the front desk and the lady at the restaurant i’m sorry i didn’t get her name.- Great location. You can shop if you get bored.- clean rooms- nice bathrooms and shower

- breakfast wasn’t good, but the staff was very nice!- bed is extremely hard/ weird pillows- smokers outside in the pool area. can’t enjoy it- thin walls. you have to be careful how loud you speak

I had a great stay at Relax Hotel in Kenitra ... The location is perfect, right next to Marjane supermarket and other convenient stores. I especially want to thank Youssra for her warm and friendly welcome ... She made the stay process smooth and always had a smile. Her hospitality really made a difference. Highly recommended!

The hotel was in great location with easy access to major roads. On arrival we were greeted by very helpful staff, who took our luggage from our motorbikes into reception. Booking in nice and easy. Room was clean and well presented with banana pear and apple offered in the room. Dinner was served with very friendly staff. I must especially thank the wonderful PR lady Youssra Darous who went out of her way to help me resolve a lost ferry ticket problem. Thank you so much.

Clean rooms and very nice staff, they were very helpful. The location was perfect for me as I had a car and needed a calm space to focus on work. Close to Marjane for grocery shopping as well as other shops ( Decathlon, Coton, miniso, LCWaikiki,…)

The hotel was very comfortable for a one night stay heading up to Tanger. The young lady on reception, Maroua, was lovely and went out of her way to make sure everything was fine for us. We ate breakfast and dinner in the restaurant which was great, with lots of choice and fantastic service. Outside pool area with lovely garden where you can relax and have a drink.

The location isn't the best for holiday makers as it's on a commercial shopping area, but it's fine because everything you need is in the hotel.

Staff were very kind courteous and helpful especially ‘Youssra’ at the front desk. Rooms were a good size, modern, clean and very comfortable. Hotel was located just off the motorway in a shopping centre, making it ideal for a 1 night stop off on route.

Rooms located at the back of the hotel are close to a busy main road (not the motorway), with plenty of traffic noise. We had a meal at the hotel in the evening and our orders seem to differ from that requested and described in the menu, not quite sure whether this was due to the waiter or lack of supplies available due to Ramadan.

Friendly staff and good buffet breakfast.Parking for motorbike in gated area beside hotel with security guard.

Basic hotel – window did not fit frame and created a draught of cold air.Expensive for what it offers, especially compared to the other hotels we stayed in when travelling between Tanger and Agadir.
