I liked everything about this hotel. The food, the room and how I was treated after a long day on my bike riding through the rain.Mr. Aimane, Sara, the Chef and everybody I met were super friendly, kind and supportive.I was feeling like home and will definitely come back whenever I'm around this region.

New facility, great staff, food good, plentiful.

The shower glass needs to be 6-12 in. longer and silicon caulked to seal water issues. Installation/design issue , not fault of staff. This will cut maintenance costs in long term.

Hotel Staff was very supportive. I was New to the location and language was the problem for me but Hotel Staff supported me very well.Oumaima, she supported very well and Guide me very well the route, Other members was also very good and friendly.I will highly recommend for this property...

Next time I am in Kenitra, I will definitely stay here ... lovely modern clean hotel with supee comfy bed, good internet and a very good breakfast. The staff wete exceptionally helpful and answered every question we had.

The shower in my room needs a shower curtain!

The hotel is less than a year old, so everything is new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the food was delicious. When we had an issue with one of our meals, the staff went over and above to apologize and correct the issue. This is unfortunately not common in restaurants and hotels at this price point.I would definitely return to this hotel.

Because the hotel is so new, not many taxi drivers know it so it was a challenge to get to. Direct the drivers to "Comissariat central" [komisaria sentral].

My stay was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always greeting me with a smile and ready to help with anything I needed. A special mention goes to Omar and Isam, who went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out, and they made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the level of service exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay!

Everything was good, starting from Check-in to Check-out. A very respectful and helpful staff, especially the young lady at the reception and the young gentlman with her. Thank you for your kindness.

The staff refused to give me the room at 10 AM. I had sent a message to them two months in advance, and they had considered my request. Unfortunately, when I arrived, they insisted that I pay for an extra day, which was extremely high—three times the regular rate. As a result, my wife and I had to sleep in the car, even though we hadn’t slept the day before, and they noticed our situation.

The hotel is looked good in facilities room and toilet AC all is not bad

The staff working in the hotel, I firmly believe, are completely unqualified for the job. Also the hotel has a bad regulation that summarizes of all customers have to leaving a sum of money as a guarantee on top of the daily room rate as you can't enter according to the reservation from booking website unless you pay a sum of money. There is no communication between the night workers on reception and the day workers,so if you recommend them, they don't care much about customers’ needs. They should review the condition of keeping the amount of money that is reserved from your card or cash, and they should care about the guests’ wills

The hotel was in a great location located in the city centre. The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Omaima the receptionist was very polite and helpful. She helped me obtain a rental car within a few hours of me arriving which was amazing.

I asked to have a double bed for a couple, they said that they will answer me and unfortunately no answer until nowOne breakfast is finished not refill which is not normal for a buffet
