Pros +
- The location and the staff were good. The bed was comfortable. Recommended.
- House keeping staff was very friendly and helpful. Perhaps only people who know meaning of hospitality.
- Delicious dinner, spacious room, comfy bed, parking place for motorbike.
Cons -
- The bathroom was not that clean. There was an electricity issue caused by a faulty socket on the wall. But they eventually fixed it.
- I will not recommend this hotel at all, because you have no security that you will retain access to your room even if you have paid in full in advance.Reception staff is the worst example of human beings. My story is a little unique, but it gives an in depth perspective of how less importance the staff gives to the well being and comfort of customers. This applies to Aicha on front desk and her manager Imane. Let me tell my story.I had inquired Aicha 2 days before my check out if I want to cancel rest of my stay, will I get a refund? And she said no. She also checked with her manager and she said same. No big deal, many hotels have same policy if you pay in advance for the stay. I told her its okay. Please do not cancel my room. I said this a couple of times phrasing differently to make sure that message gets across as I am familiar with their language problems in English. Then I had to travel to another city for a day so I took my small bag with me, and I left bug bag in my room, also, I did not return the key card as i wanted to return to hotel next day.But before i even got back, i got a message in morning that “u forgot your bag in the room” from Aicha. I told her that I did not check out i still have the room and i left it on purpose. She said i didn’t sleep in hotel so it automatically gets cancelled. That was a red flag for me, i asked a little in messages but it was not clear. I decided that i will go there in couple of hours any way, i will talk in person but i asked her to keep my luggage in the room. When i got back, i was told that my room is cancelled and it has been given to someone else. Even though i had paid already for this and next day.Aaicha on front desk refused to reinstate my card and give me access to the room. Even though it was my room. She said that as i inquired about policy of cancellation and i left with some of my luggage, it is an automatic cancellation.
- We arrived after whole day riding in heavy rain. Asked for any help to dry our clothes but the lady at reception said just „no”.There were no towels in the room and cattle was missing. I asked the same lady for towels. After waiting for one hour I went again to reception for towels. She said she forgot but will bring them immediately. After next half an our a very friendly man came with one set of towels but they were wet and required drying. I said we are two and need two dry towels. He returned again bringing the same set dried a little bit better. I said we need two. He promised to look for more but never returned :)A year ago we stayed here and all was fine but this time it’s disappointing.

Really welcoming a pleasant staff, the room was clean and quite.
Breakfast could be better.
Nice big rooms. Good WiFi. I enjoyed the breakfast which was for the first time a buffet. They found a place for my bike.
Nice little Hotel near the Centre of Kenitra. Very friendly Staff at the Hotel, they help where ever they can, nothing is too much. Makes you feel very welcome. Starts with the People at reception and finish with the lady’s doing your room always have a little special in you room. The Food at the Hotel is very nice it starts with a very good breakfast and end with a good selection for lunch or dinner, very good chef in the kitchen. Last but not least the guy works most of the nights and keeps an eye on your car and makes sure everything else is safe and sound.
Good hotel, very nice and cozy bed. Good breakfast. Good location in a lively part of the city. Good heater in the room. Friendly staff.
This is not normally the case in this hotel I am sure so please note this must have been an exception: when I arrived my room was not ready, seems there was a problem with the room. Someone went in to mop the floor quickly, but when I went in the floor still looked kind of smeary. I didn’t mind it too much but did not feel good about walking there without shoes on. I don’t think that hotel would normally have such problems though. At breakfast there was no knife no forks….seems nobody but me missed that so I didn’t wanna bother anybody and ate with the coffee spoon
Clean
They gave us a room in the ground level with a small terrace (surrounded by wall so there was no view but that is not the issue). The external HVAC units were mounted in the terrace and there was water dripping from them. The terrace was slippery and all wet you can’t step outside without getting wet. Even worse, the HVAC units were loud and I struggled to sleep because of their noise. The breakfast was basic. I expected a buffet but it was a standard breakfast served at the tables situated in the lobby.
The stuff was friendly And the bed was comfy
Toilet were not 100% clean with a not pleasing smell. Breakfast could be much better
I had an amazing stay at Razane Hotel in Kenitra! The location is fantastic, making it convenient to explore the area. The entire team, from the front desk staff Imane to Akram, was incredibly welcoming and professional, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and everything felt well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kenitra—great service, perfect location, and an overall excellent experience

Hotel staff are excellent, the rooms were good, clean and comfortable. Good wi-fi, many electrical outlets, Good breakfast. Recommended.
There was nothing we did not like, but there was barking dogs outside the hotel through the night.
Staff - friendly, helpful, engaged.BreakfastRoom - clean and tidyWelcome tea & cookiesParking for motorbike in front of the door
Just to be clear - a room had a city view on the river side rather than a view on the river :) but no any impact on a guest experience.
