Every thing was very good except the smell of soil was strong.

I had very high expectations for this hotel, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival at 15:00, which is the official check-in time, I was kept waiting for almost two hours before my room was ready. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this category.Even worse, I was charged an additional $400 for an extra room that was never used simply because I had my two children with me (5 and 7 years old), although according to the hotel’s own policy children should stay free.The staff member who handled my check-in was not only unhelpful, but also rude and completely lacking basic communication skills. Instead of making us feel welcome after a long trip, the experience was stressful and frustrating.To make matters worse, the pool area was unpleasant to use because of a bad smell coming from a nearby city sewer. This completely ruined what should have been a relaxing part of the stay.Overall, what could have been a pleasant stay turned into a very negative experience. Management should seriously review their policies and train their staff better.

- Friendly staff- Nice and clean hotel (still considered a new hotel)- Good breakfast with good and fresh msemen ;)- Aquapark included- Free Parking with security- We got an extra bed which we really appreciated

- Waiting long to get your msemen ;(- Sometimes you don't get what you ask during breakfast (probably hectic)- Eating diner outside the hotel is a challenge . you'll need a car to eat better and affordable food in the city center.

Every thing was wonderful and so much fun. They already had a bed on the floor prepared for our son without even asking. Staff were all friendly and helpful. It was a fun weekend away from Rabat. We will definitely come back.

Everything is perfect except the prices that were going up like crazy. I booked last year at 1100 dhs however this year around 1800 dhs which is 700 dhs difference which is not acceptable

There was a bad smell surrounding the hotel and swimming pool.I found dust of cigarettes in balcony. The room wasn't clean enough

The private swimming pool and the aqua park are good

The breakfast needs to be better (fresh juices, fresh coffee…)The housekeeping service can be better

I stayed at Waves for couple of days, and all I can say is that I love this hotel, the stuff is very friendly, the rooms

The breakfast, I went to have breakfast around 9:30AM, the staff are not smiling and a lot of items finished from the buffet but no one refill, no one approached the table for clearance, they should work more on service quality.

Fantastic gateway with the family. Everything you can think of for every age. Excellent service, tasty food, entertainment at its best including the aquatic park of course, but also an extensive gaming zone, fitness, spa, restaurants…

The only one in morocco unfortunately. We should have more of it in every city.

“Amazing Stay at waves aqua resort “I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything to make my stay comfortable. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the variety was impressive.The location is perfect, close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. I especially loved the [pool/spa/view, etc.], which added a luxurious touch to my trip.Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an unforgettable experience. Definitely coming back!

mosquitos we could not sleep, needs treatment ... staff in breakfast need mlre training on serving guests and giving some respect to not watch guests but to serve them and mosquitos are an issue. not clean need cleaning

Bed, room and bathroom were comfortable, tidy and clean Staff were excellent, all of them Breakfast was ok, not bad

A quality hotel, quiet, clean and offering panoramic views of the lake, water park and gardens. The people are very welcoming.The breakfast is of exceptional quality

The rooms were a good size with a big balcony, ideal for my family.Me and my partner travelled with our 1 year old boy, he loved every minute in the pool and we had free access to the water park.

The only disappointing thing about this hotel/water park, some of the water slides in the water park were closed.

The hotel was good. The staff were kind and helpful, especially Oussama he would always find a way to make my requests happen.

The food should be upgraded, though. The breakfast provided was ok, but the lunch and dinner choice was very limited.
