Everything was super and perfectReciption staff and restaurant staff are so friendly and so so nice very polite , smiling our best thanks for Miss Wesale ( Reciption ) and other 2 persons on the Reciption and special thanks for Mr Amin and all other restaurant team they made our staying so easy and nice

except the hot water in 1st 2 days but they fixed the problems TV channels very limited even no local channels

Location and the outside sign was very good.

Blanket cover was not clean, I believe it was not a fresh one. The breakfast was bad, not enough items. There was no spa and no swimming pool. Not sure who gave rating 4*. The price was very high compared to the quality.

Food was a 3 star for me.

This was our second time staying at the property and I have to say that the whole team was just exceptional. Our visit to Kenitra this time was quite heavy for us but the whole team made sure to take a bit of the weight off and warmly welcomed us with their big hearts and kind gestures. I would like to give a special thank you to Kauthar and Ayman who went above and beyond for us.

Everything was perfect

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful specially manager Sofia and Kaoutar at reception throughout my stay. I would say they really care about person staying in that hotel. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to stations and major attractions.

Loved how close the hotel was to the malls and shops. The staff are welcoming and respectful. To top it off the breakfast at the hotel restaurant is too notch, and delicious.

Good hotel to stay at Kentira! The receptionist Kawutar assisted us very well and in total we are happy with the service ! Will define my stay here in my next visit !

Central location two minutes walk from the train station. Restaurant attached to the hotel for breakfast and other meals if needed. Montacer was very helpful to us and organised a late checkout as the flight was in the late evening.

Perhaps tea and coffee facilities in the room, but the restaurant was easily accessible.

Shower way to small , restaurant horrible , service as well !

Hotel Terminus has the best location. Train near you, as well as Wafacash and Cash plus. Dominos. Also several cafes. Best part, multi language staff and some of the best rates. 2nd time using them. Special thanks to cleaning crew Fatiha, Fatima and front staff member Montacer and Mohamed Security.

Excellent customer service. Clean rooms and hotel. The rooms are peaceful and quiet for a good night sleep. The beds are very comfy. It's just perfect to relax and unwind.
