Staff sent me to room with key fob but forgot to write room number. Also no WiFi over the weekend

Everything. Cleanliness, breakfast, room, patio, everything. But most of all the personnel.

No complaints except for the fact that they should have four stars, not three

The location was awesome. Breakfast was also good with enough variety of foods. The bed was comfortable. The room with a sea view is totally worth it! Staff was friendly and helpful

The room could have been cleaner. There were no big issues just minor inconveniences like the AC vent having a lot of dust, and the bed linen having a stain (though the bed linen looked clean otherwise and had no hairs). Parking is difficult around the hotel, but can easily be done just 10 min away.

Comfortable bed, good shower, good breakfast. Good sized room. We would definitely stay here again.when in Arricife.

Plug in the wash basin leaked.

Pool, comfortable beds, beach view, amazing complete breakfast!!

They don’t put the body wash and shampoo in the shower .they put hand soap in the showy shampoo in the whashbasin?, and they were firmly fixed to the wall!

Location was great, right on the sea front overlooking the main promenade and beach. Arrived late evening had a warm welcome from the reception desk. We were able to check in quickly and leave our suitcases in our room just in time for dinner. Dinner and breakfast were buffet style. We found plenty of choice for both sittings as we love Spanish food so plenty of fish, chicken and meat, salads cheese and pasta. If you wanted canarian potatoes you just had to ask and they were cooked for you. Tea and coffee from dispensers and plenty of fruit juices. Our room at the front of the hotel was light bright and modern. Wifi worked well. Bonus to this hotel is that it has a nice little cafe area on the top floor and a small swimming pool.

Great hotel! close to the beach, in the city center. Staff was very helpful. Room was very spacious. It was mentioned that room is only 15 m, but in reality it was big and spacious, great room. Food was always delicious.

Dissapointed

It wasnt clean.The shower had mold in it and you can clean that if you want to.Our pillow was staines and I have complained about it but until last day they didnt change it.Also one night water started driping from ceiling and they didnt offer to change a room.Food was ok.

Lovely Hotel in a perfect location. We had a balcony overlooking the beach which was fantastic. The staff were all very efficient and friendly. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Roof top pool and bar was a such so nice with great views.

It would have been to to be able to make your own tea in the room but there were no facilities to do this.

Excellent location. Lovely hotel, very well maintained. We liked our sea view room with the balcony. Easy walking distance to all directions. Friendly staff. The rooftop bar and pool area are great to spend some quality time.

Clean, efficient and a great location

Nothing really. A pleasant one night stay, decent breakfast, comfortable bed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Located right on the beach. Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. They organized a taxi for us for a good price. Comfortable bed.

For us the location was great as we were just staying overnight, however you should know it’s on the outer edge of town.

It's completely worth it to book a room with a sea view. Sunsets were incredible to spot and relax! In general, the hotel was good, with a very convenient location close to the beach and the main touristic spots of Arrecife. The food both at breakfast and dinner was delicious, and the staff members were always kind and attentive.

It is important to mention customers that drinks for dinner are not included in the half board price.

Our room was bright, clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the sea. We enjoyed the rooftop pool before the buffet breakfast. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Arrecife is a very clean city with lots of restaurants around the harbour.

Very good location. Airport and bus station are close. The beach is only a few staps from the hotel.Nice breakfast and diner, and kind staff.Parking is not easy near the hotel.
