Location, peaceful, all I needed.

I requested a ground floor apartment, but when I arrived I was put on the first floor, they moved me the next day,which was fine, but wasn't a good start to my stay.

Full of choices, from the arrival, even though check on wasn't till 3pm, they were able to get us into a room at 1pm... bottle of wine in room. Dinner and breakfast facilities if needed in apartment block... Karen in the pool bar was lovely, really beautiful person and so helpful. All the staff are polite and happy, very nice spices we're created within the facility.

everything was perfect, really enjoyed the place and our visit. The location was perfect too!

Very disappointed in the location of the room, listed as pool view, not from our room or the others next to it.

Good location. Breakfast was good and dinner, while simple, was convenient coming back from full day excursions, at a fair price. Local staff from Lanzarote like Elena were very helpful. Gardens were nice. My specific room at the end of the corridor had a nice private terrasse to the side, although most rooms did not.

The price was excessive for the conditions and facilities a bit old. Still, as days passed I felt gradually more comfortable. As a small detail, a few days before going I sent written questions by Booking that were not answered - not a big deal, but communication matters.

Rooms are a bit dated now & require modernising, particularly the bathrooms.Whilst the buffet breakfast was good quality/selection, it wasnt kept warm enough in our opinionWhilst a few negatives, still a great place to stay

We had access to 3 pools. 1 heated the other 2 too cold to get in (we went Feb half term). Location was fantastic, literally 5 mins walk to anything we needed and a Spar next door which made it so convenient

Pool bar closed early before the sun had set. would have been better with longer opening times y an hour or two but expect this was due to the time of year

Loved the look of the accommodation. It worked perfectly for us travelling with our teen daughter. Great pools one of which was heated. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Well worth the price. Club 55 was directly behind our room 2111, but we were not disturbed. Bonus, we had a private balcony.

Nothing…. It’s lovely as it is. Great place to stay and the resort is spotless.

We had a room near a neighbouring bar. A little noisy at night .

Comfortable spacious apartment. Locker facilities near reception where you could store your luggage on the last day before flying home, also showers available. Good choice of food at breakfast, both continental and British. In the best area for restaurants and not too far from the sea and shops.

Didn’t bother us but no lift to upper floors and no hand rails by some steps.

It's in a great central location and has lots of character! Rooms are fairly spacious with large TV and very comfortable bed. The pool snack bar is very good value for money. Even though it's not heated this time of year the pool is still very pleasant. The hotel is generally quiet. Favoured more by seniors despite lots of steps to negotiate and no lift.

Have stayed here three or four times... the restaurant is a little bit repetitive and often the food is cold... would be improved by keeping plates warm. Our room 2121 was cold and damp, although there was quite a nice view to the side.

I need a knee replacement so i found the stairs hard we were on the first floor. A lift would have been good

Asked for a ground floor room prior to check in and they ensured we had one. Room just what we needed for a relaxing break

The pools are really cold but that’s literally the only thing we found wrong and even that didn’t bother us too much

It is VERY dated . The kitchenette isn’t useable because it is so small. Placement of fridge was hard to get in . Too many steps up to top floor . Wasn’t warned about this and the NOISE from the club 55 was horrendous.

Location was great, near shops, restaurants and taxi rank. Nice pools, (3) rooms good size, nice pool bar in mansions pool. Quiet and relaxing . Reception staff helpful.

Promised a pool view, got a view of a wall with paint peeling off 3 meters away, beds hard, had 1 breakfast and evening meal at hotel , although good value (20 euros for both) was terrible quality with lousy choices and coffee machine was faulty so only went once, had meals at nearby restaurants. Cockroaches in friends room, took 3 complaints for them to do anything about it. They then fumigated so much whole room stunk so had to ask to be moved.
