The breakfast start @7:30 could be earlier. This would get you out earlier in the morning for car travel. Overall, breakfast was well organized and staff very friendly!

The loud music played in the plaza. But, it was Christmas vacation and this has to be the exception to the rule re: quiet times.

Location was perfect.Very comfortable bed & nice bedding.Delicious breakfast.

Wonderful location, friendly and helpful staff, impeccably clean, I was hugely impressed by this hotel.

Only stayed one night and felt everything was good for me.

Great location, nice free breakfast, lovely dining area on 6th floor with option to eat outside.The 6th floor terrace also has comfortable seating for use during the day/evening.

There was no safe in the room, also a kettle in the room would be appreciated.

The location is unbeatable, just next to the coast and in walking distance to main local attractions. The breakfast was ok, but it could have been more options.

The staff was very welcoming and supportive. Also, they left a small bed, plate and snacks for our little dog.

Brilliant location close to the Charco which was a treat. Open aspect view was pleasing, the housekeeping staff were very pleasant. Taxi rank outside, good.

Absence of bar. Reception not very helpful regarding hiring a car; they seemed to be uninformed about availability. Rooms comfortable but not very well equipped.

Staff was very nice, we got a beautiful room with a seeview.

Hotel staff were excellent, and incredibly friendly. Room was spotlessly clean, and the view from the sea facing balcony was spectacular. The location was perfect too, as it was right in the middle of eveything, and on the sea front. The bus stop is a couple minute walk too, so really easy to get to from the airport.

The bathroom was rather dated, and parts of the hotel felt like stepping back in time. But I think this added to the charm for me. I have read that they are updating the hotel, so this will most likely be sorted in the near future. The main road outside can be a little busy at night, and the balcony door isn't very soundproof. So if you're a light sleeper, you may struggle.

Really nice location and like other reviews the breakfast was fantastic. However I think it is extremely overpriced I stayed one night as my regular hotel was fully booked . I've just checked into my 2 star Hotel and its comparable it just doesn't have breakfast included or a sea view. The towels could do with being replaced and bathroom had no bath which I was expecting. Shower head couldn't be adjusted so I got a shower cap from reception.

The view was a building in front on a street so all sounds in my room also with windows closed Breakfast some ham chees boiled eggs cakes juice nothing so special as they propose you at the reception ( very good ) it's just basic breakfast I was expecting something different as the inform me at the reception The rooms and corridor is full of carpet like 1980 year so actually not hygienic at all My rooms was not silence at all All sounds from outside they didn't let me rest wellThe comfort of the bed was very poor No air conditioning in the rooms only a fan There are no electrical outlets near the bed The fridge inside is very old ( the color start to be yellow for the years that have )

As a smoker I would have liked to sit on my veranda with a cigarette but I understand and there are 2 nice smoking areas out front and on the roof,

Had to wait ages to check in as reception staff were talking to a local delivery driver. Fridge in room but no kettle or hot water available.

We were there for 5 nights. Maybe a change in Breakfast would be great. Could be a little noisy to sleep if the room is on the back side. But altogerher recommended! Great staffs

The balcony in my room.was too small to sit out on, but had lovely view of mountains.I found it a littld difficult to dry my towel and swim suit.

This is a great little hotel in a prime part of Arrecife right on the seafront with loads of restaurants close by.The rooftop solarium and breakfast area is beautiful and open to use at any time. The views are amazing.Breakfast buffet is greatBeds are super comfortable. Bathrooms are good. Room comes with a quiet and good sized fridge which you can fill with your favourites. Hotel is peaceful at night and the elevator is very handy. The front entrance requires going up about 10 steps but there is step free access at the back.There are a few street parking spaces at the back of the hotel but you don’t really need a car here.The staff are so helpful and kind.
