Great position, the hotel itself has a great potential. The staff at the reception was very kind.

They didn’t have double beds but they offered to place the two beds together. However, when we arrived we were given a room with separate beds. We asked for a change and we were given a smaller, less nice room. Also, the room was quite cold despite the good temperature outside and there was no heating available in the bathroom.

At the restaurant they could only offer a set menu, due lack of customers. We went to the nearby pizzeria and had a great meal there.

Polite, professional and friendly staff. Nice garden, clean and comfortable rooms. Decent breakfast. Good location (if you have a car). Would come again.

Would have been nice to have a mini-bar fridge in the room (the only 4 star hotel I have been which didn't had one). In some evenings was difficult to find a parking space nearby.

The breakfast was more or less OK but the coffee was from a jar (when you would expect to have a decent coffee machine that would ground the coffee grains on the spot), and even though we went at 10 and there was 1 h time, a lot of things were already eaten up. The dinner was quite poor. First not even a cup of wine or beer was included in the dinner and had to be paid extra. Second, except for a ncce starter, the main dish and the dessert were a bit bland (i.e. we had a soup that felt like something you would eat when you have an upset stomach. And the "postre escuela" was too simple, we were a bit disappointed).

Modern hotel with a bath included in the room and a comfy bed. There was an excellent breakfast with extensive range of choice

There were twin beds instead of a double in our room and no tea-making facilities

Very good breakfast !Fresh fruit and fresh baked croissants and other pastries from the students !Personnel was very friendly and dinner was at a gastronomy level !We loved the jacuzzi !

It’s a beautiful hotel, the room was clean and comfortable with a small balcony overlooking the gardens. The gardens are lovely and tranquil. The staff were fantastic, very helpful.

We only had one bottle of water in the roomOn the first day, would have liked a fresh bottle every day as we had to buy water from the Spa ( short walk away, not a problem). And no tea or coffee in the room. But you could order room service. There are a lot of steps at the front of the property, and a walk up a hill to Reception, just to note for less able people.

Excellent food.The freshly made desserts each day (great) - could be used next day to go with morning coffee or afternoon tea. (couldn't find another place to put in this suggestion.Fantastic staff:Gave me an ice bucket for cooling drinks we had had to buy out because no bar (no fridge in room).Very helpful when wanted to get a taxi tour of the interior mountains and to get to next destination.

What this hotel needs is a bar to make it excellent. Not just for alcoholic drinks but also morning/afternoon tea/coffee.Also needs shade over outdoor seating area (could see that they were renovating). But they managed to put one up for their book launch, sadly taken right down again overnight.

We absolutely loved our garden view room!The room had a classic interior and all the necessities we needed.Had a lovely walk around the locals neighborhood at night before heading to the restaurant just across the road.Parking was convenient just in front of the hotel on the street. Breakfast had all we needed and really loved that they had foreign interns practicing their waiting skills at the breakfast table. Really lovely work-and-learn environment for those guys :)

The staff is very nice!

Hotel feels in need of some works. Very old feeling. The pool was taken away and the breakfast buffet was very poor. Not at all in same class as in the south of island. Worst of all, a lot of rats in the garden. No joke, they live up in the palms and running up and down the three at night. A simple rat plate around the palms maybe can help… First time we see this anywhere

In the middle of the village, great garden.

The hotel has no parking available. You should park your car in surrounding streets.

If there was an a la carte menu on display somewhere we might have eaten dinner at the hotel, but the restaurant opposite was excellent

separated beds for couples are really a shame! unfortunately this practice is very common in Canary Islands. I just ask: WHY?????? WHYYYY????

Excellent buffet breakfast.Good evening meals.Traditional and elegant atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff.Good sized rooms.Nice view over gardens from balconies.Free jacuzzi.Sensible, functional bathrooms with plenty of space and good towel rails.

A kettle for making hot drinks would be good.Some road noise from down the hill.
