Great location, easy walking to shops and food. Great park a block away!They did give us an upgrade on room due to parking inconvenience.

I book my places with free parking so I don’t have to find parking. This place wouldn’t allow to park in the underground garage so it wasn’t free and had to drive around for 20 minutes until we parked at a different hotels garage that was 4 blocks away. It cost $12€ for less than 24 hrs.

Too expensive for a 4 star that has a breakfast buffet of so low quality and lack of fruits

Buffet breakfast with bananas, oranges and small apples for fruit, in an island where you have a vast variety of available fruits, all cold meat and chesses of the lowest quality, this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel...I paid for 3 nights 688 euros! breakfast should be a lot better and in general the hotel should be better, I didnt reserve the parking space inside the hotel and lucky me, because the places to park cars are like a driving test...if you plan to use it, better come with a convertible because if you happen to have cars on each side parked, you wont be able to exit your car unless from the roof

This hotel was situated in a very centric neighborhood while still being part of a residential sector. It was very safe to walk around, and its location was quite close to everything. Its rooms were very clean, and its staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you, Juan Carlos Alemán!

The rooms were very dirty, the staff was talking loudly in the middle of the night on the floor right in front of the rooms. Location in general is in a very noisy area.

Got an invitation from the hotel to upgrade to a room with balcony, but after accepting this there was no such room available.

Breakfast a little disappointing, food not particularly hot, had to wait for table as restaurant not big enough for all guests and not sure if hotel was full

Bed was very comfortable. Good linens. Good towels. Good shower water pressure.

The bathroom sink didn’t have any shelf underneath nor any space to put the toiletries and very small area around the sink. No hooks to hang the hand towel. The body wash container in the shower didn’t work, I used the shampoo for the whole body.The cleaning ladies sometimes didn’t replace the coffee or the cream in the room. I also had to ask them repeatedly about replacing the body lotion. I would have expected to have one small tube every day for the price of the room, but unfortunately no, I had to ask for it more than once.

Suite really nice size and very clean. Great staff. Pool area only had around 20 loungers. Exterior of hotel needs some updating. Food ok. Soundproof windows keep the room quiet.

Near a school and a busy main road. Not very relaxing when around pool as constant road noise.

It’s not a classic 4 star hotel what you expect for the price but a block of flat refurbished to a hotel. Not very cozy from inside. What was worse someone was moving furniture from 7 am for more than hour and it was very disturbing. I don’t know if they started cleaning so early but it is not nice to other guests. Definitely overpriced.

Location was great. Helpful with where to park. Very friendly staff. I had a free upgrade to a junior suite on arrival which was very much appreciated. Food was tasty.

Breakfast was a bit of a shambles we could not all fit Into the dining room and had to wait quite a while, then there was no hot food available, very dissapointing.
