Breakfast was very good. The location is excellent.

The fitness room is terrible. Its location on the top floor is excellent but the equipment were bad. Only few weights and the treadmill was broken during our stay. The opening hours were also limited.

The location was excellent. There were lots of restaurants you could walk to along the water. The lounge by the pool opened at 5:00 each evening. It was a nice place to sit and have a drink. The gentleman that worked there were very nice. I believe one was named Alejandro and he also gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do. The breakfast was also very good and has a spectacular view of the ocean. The air conditioning in the room worked well.

The check in process is very time consuming. It took at least 15 or 20 minutes to get checked in. I’m not sure why it takes so long. The rooms seemed to be partially renovated. The bathrooms and doors still need to be updated. It seemed like there was work happening while we were there.

We stayed at H10 Tenerife Playa for a 3-day teambuilding trip with a group of 7 and really enjoyed it. The location is fantastic with lovely ocean views, and the food and drink selection was varied and tasty. A big thanks to Mario, one of the managers, for his friendly and professional service, and to the amazing lady at the terrace bar—she worked hard and always served us with a smile!

Only downside was the lack of bottled water at the main bar, which would have been useful for the room at night.

Good location!

In our check in our credit cards did not work!They had worked well everywhere else. We had to pay with cash yet our card worked in another place! We said it was the machine at the desk but they did not try another credit card machine! Embarrassing!!

We loved the location and the fabulous, leisurely breakfast. As well, the agents helping with excursions were very helpful and provided well-needed advice on how to use our time.

No tea/coffee making facilities in room and all drinks, even water, had to be paid for (apart from at breakfast) on half board rate. So it felt a little as if we had to pay extra to stay hydrated!

No hospitality, no service, no parking—fake all-inclusive. It was a terrible holiday because of the hotel. We arrived by car, and there was no entrance from the road for the vehicle. One of us went to ask about parking, and they simply responded, “No parking.” Unfortunately, they did not send anyone to assist us with the parking situation. During check-in, we were given a room with a view of a large building and a slight sea view, even though we had booked a straight sea view. We were tired and complained, and on the last day, they finally changed our room. The food was akin to canteen food, with no quality, and the overall service and hospitality were subpar—if I could rate it, I’d give it minus five. Although we booked all-inclusive, we were not even allowed to drink fresh orange juice. We did not have water in our room, and when I asked a staff member, he said I could have tap water from the machine, which made me feel like a beggar on the street due to his tone. We complained to the reception, and they started sending us water each day. Most of the waitstaff could not speak English, and their senior waiter seemed to treat customers as if they were his associates, showing no understanding of proper service.No one guided us about the hotel or its benefits. The food for four days was exactly the same, with low quality and limited options. The room itself was clean, and the hotel building was nice, but the hospitality, service, and customer care were definitely lacking.

Front desk staff not helpful on arrival. It is hard to understand how to access hotel with a car. We had to understand ourselves how to get baggage from car to hotel. Long wait at reception to ask questions while my husband was waiting with car at dead end street.Later on, staff was more friendly, but we really needed help on arrival.

Position is fabulous. Entertainment was very good, staff lovely.

The meal times. To many people crowded around a buffet at every meal.Meals not rotated enough, very much the same most mornings and evenings.The only English speaking Tv channel is SKY News when the majority of their guests were British or German surely one extra channel with films wouldn’t be to much to ask for.Some of the furniture in the hallways is tired looking and needs refreshing.

VERY poor breakfast choices,,,Pounds of PRE-Cooked. bacon congealing!!!!Majority of food NOT hot, ,,,, Poor meat/poultry selection,,,Show-Cooking meant waiting MANY minutes for grilled meet in hot/ UNpleasant ‘waiting’ area !!

Central Location.

Room was small and uncomfortable. The quality of the food was not good for 4 stars hotel. The hotel is overpriced!
