Right in the heart of the city. Walking distance to everything. Clean rooms, quiet and nice environment. Professional staff. Hearty breakfast served in a nice and spacious restaurant. Professional staff. Highly recommended.

Rooms are not too spacious and we had two single beds joined together. But, can't complain for the price.

Location

I cannot recommend this hotel. There are two reasons: First, the walls and doors of the rooms are very thin, so you can hear the noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms, making it impossible to sleep. Second, the window of the room I was given faced an air shaft. Beware!!!

The Hotel location is perfect. We could here the noise from the plaza in our room but it wasn't overwhelming. The attendant took care of our need for a taxi to the airport and the driver was there promptly.

Location excellent. Breakfast very good. Hotel comfortable and clean. Bright and airy.

Mobile phone calls by guests at breakfast were really annoying, either speaking loudly on their own or even with others. There seemed to be no policy. It was quite deafening at one point. Phones for checking, researching, texting okay. But endless phonecalls, surely no.

The location is great as it’s close to everything and has some good local bars outside. The breakfast is good - a good range of choice. The room was clean and the bed was superb. The view was ok, but room did feel a little hemmed in. That was the only negative as the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Love this hotel, always stay here when in Santa Cruz. Location is ideal, near shops, bars and restaurants and also the Tranvia. Hotel is quiet, clean and very comfortable.

Nothing to dislike

Location is central. But that also means that you hear everything that goes on outside. One time a concert that was interrupted by the rain the next day a demonstration that went on for quite a while. All in all it is kept to a limit, however, the windows, even on the side of the hotel are pretty thin. So you hear everything.

I came by car. Despite having written to them well ahead of time. The message never went through Booking.com. By the time I reminded them a day before arrival, I was told that all the 6 spots they had in the private garage were already taken. Again, not a big deal as there is a public parking nearby, but bear in mind you have to walk to it as it is not immediately by the hotel.

Great location surrounded by restaurants. Disappointed I was only there one night so could only visit one.Room was directly next to the elevators and I heard a lot of movement outside during the day so I was worried it would be noisy at night, but I didn't hear anything and slept comfortably all night.Friendly staff who got a problem in my room repaired within 20 minutes of me reporting it.

Small step up (2-3cm) between the bathroom and bedroom - caught my toe on it a few times!

Good hotel, located in the center, with classic rooms. What I liked the most was the kindness of the hotel personnel.

If driving a car, it is complicate to arrive there, because it is in the pedestrian area

Would have liked more water, or preferably tea and coffee making facility in the room. Difficult to get a taxi from the hotel as it’s in a pedestrianised zone

Good location. I was worried about the noise from the street below but the double windows blocked most of it out. MORE PROBLEMATIC WAS THE NOISE OF RUSHING WATER FROM THE BATHROOM UPSTAIRS AND SOME NOISE IN THE HALLWAYS. THE FURNITURE IN THE ROOM WAS FINE BUT COULD USE SOME UPGRADING SOON. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

Bathroom.

The staff was not manning the reception when we arrived or left. They were also pretty unfriendly. We had asked a question a few days before our arrival and never got an answer. As a bonus: when requesting a quiet room, they put us next to the elevator. Room was dark and small and not super clean. Noisy building as well.
