    Pros +

    • This hotel is very good , I had some stresses unavoidable and they helped me so much
    • Great location within easy walking distance of the centre, a large free car park and close to nearby beaches. Great view from the balcony overlooking the sea.
    • Good location, nice pool, nice oceanfront balconies, breakfast was buffet style and lots of options.

    Cons -

    • The room was very sparsely furnished. Only one plug socket to plug in devices. Incredibly thin curtains that did nothing to block the light from the floodlights on the football pitch. Breakfast buffet had a good selection, but the bacon was very odd (reformed meat). There were no snacks or food available besides lunch and dinner except for a very overpriced vending machine.
    • Parking available on surrounding streets but not always easy to find.
    • The hotel was not cleaned well, and when we got into a strake for two days. The staff replied, "It's not our problem, we can't do anything, we don't have enough staff to provide you with service." For two days they didn't clean at all, the dishes were plastic at breakfast. The bar was closed. A view of the cemetery

Reasonable price and close to center

    Rooms outdated and small

Lovely staff, great location next to beach and bus station. There was live music and other guests dancing which provided a lovely atmosphere on the Saturday night. Would definitely stay again.

Facilities basic in the room, but that was ok for a short stay, however there was only one plug for charging devices.

I can't understand how this hotel is a 4 star.First, the staff barely speak English. They are rude and always complaining between them. We spent 7 days, and every day, we heard they complaining. We watched they discuss at the bar, they complaning at the restaurant, it was a terrible experience for us. Only the girls who were cleaning were nice, smiling and polite, the others, OMG!The girl who did our check-in was so rude that we almost gave up staying there. The restaurant is more like a nightmare, so noisy, you can see on the staff face their dissatisfaction in being there. The way they throw the dishes is disrespectful, I think they do it on purpose. They need a new management urgently. The food is poor, tasteless, and has bad quality products. The hot chocolate was sour, and the scramble eggs were green. The sausage seemed the same sausage the entire week since no one was eating, and they kept putting it on the next day. The fried eggs were cold, and when we asked to put in the grill again to make it warm, the guy complained, btw with mimics coz he doesn't speak English. The room is full of bugs, FULL. And it looks like you were in the 70s. The 2 beds together go apart, and the bathroom is decaying with pieces of wall falling off.I'm trying to find a positive thing here:The location is quite nice, easy walk to the centre, and just 3 minutes to the bus terminal, also is near to the beach (which was closed for swimming). The views are very nice, we can see the sea and the volcano. The pool area is also nice, very beautiful, the only part which makes us feel we were on holiday. The lounge is nice, big and wide and we liked the fact they have books available for reading during your stay. Even though we managed to find a few positive things, I would strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Very clean, comfortable beds, good range of food, close to the shops, restaurants

    No kettle in the room

    8TuoviPosted on: 2-26-2025

A good hotel with an excellent breakfast. The property is spotless clean. It's very close to the beach, but just keep in mind that at least in February 2025 it was impossible to swim in any beach in Puerto de la Cruz except one rocky one 2 km from this hotel.

    6ElizabethPosted on: 2-6-2025

It was very central to the town and bus station. Bed linen was cotton and clean.

The room was soulless, only one plug socket. For a 4 star hotel no kettle or drink making facilities. Ants in the bathroom, a rusty bath.

    Location

Everything except the location. Facilities in the room was broken, and the bedroom was dirty. Old appliances need up dating and is overpriced.

    7CarolPosted on: 2-1-2025

Spacious modern feel with nice pool. Excellent breakfast.

We had a room on the ground floor and there was a continuous humming noise from the generator on the floor below. We will ask for a higher floor room next time

Everything was good. Special thanks to the lofeguard. That sweet lady performed first aid on my daughter. All the staff was super friendly. If I could change something it would be the pool temps and some games and entertainment for the kids. There is nothing. A kicker table soccer in the lobby or table tennis would be a great plus. Or at least put some board games in the lobby.

The views from the hotel were amazing, you can see the ocean and Teide

Old facilities, the breakfast was not so good, you could hear everything from the window\terrace - not isolated

    9MaryPosted on: 1-10-2025

The hotel was located just outside the more touristy area but still easily accessible to everything. My room was classed as a Mountain View but I could sneak a look at the sea too so was ideal. The whole place was kept spotlessly clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was amazing - so many choices!

Slight criticism that my room only had 2 plug sockets. One in bathroom and the other meant unplugging the tv. Also the addition of a mini fridge would of been helpful.

    1GeraciPosted on: 1-9-2025

Nothing. Nothing went well because you sold a poor two star hotel as 4 stars hotel. The room was like s public dormitory, the bathroom was outdated, the safety box was a WWII period, a lot of scratches all around the room, plaster falling down, no room service , no internet, the furniture obsolete and beds were the remains of another hotel , maybe demolished. The restaurant looks like as an orphanage dining room. The choice and the quality of the food served during dinner were awful and resemble like pet food. The timing to dine was like those applicable for an orphanage ( 18.30/21.30)

Everything I did not like. The hotel is not FRONT BEACH because a monster building is in front of it and it is also separate from the beach by a traffic congested road. The pool had no enough sitting places and was not heated. The lift are outdated and obsolete.

Excellent location, 5 minute walk into the best part of the town. Also 5 minutes to the bus station. Buffet breakfast was good, plenty of choice and availability, could have served till 11am also dreadfully noisy in restaurant. Pool area was nice, probably not enough loungers.

This is not a 4* star hotel, 3* at best. It is very tired and run-down. The rooms are dated, the beds are appalling, chronically hard as are the pillows. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the room, nor a fridge, water wasn't even provided. The room was really noisy, not only from outdoor traffic starting about 7am but internal noise of people moving around and cleaners moving furniture to clean etc. The bar closed early at 11pm and staff weren't particularly friendly or helpful. Would not recommend staying here.

Good location close to beach Playa Jardin and you have a a nice walk into the city centre. It’s not far from the busstation either. Nice sea views, spacious room.

Beds were very firm. Prepared food at dinner was very tasteless. If we book again we won’t do half board.

    4RafalPosted on: 12-30-2024

    Nothing in particular.

Rooms and bathrooms not clean, furnishing poor condition, problem with water drainage in the bathroom, noise from the street despite closed windows,, unremarkable breakfast, huge problem is the lack of parking space for the hotel guests.

    6ElliottPosted on: 12-18-2024

Check in was easy and receptionist friendly. Room was quite basic for a Superior Sea View room. Bedding was clean as was bathroom.

Beds were very noisy. No duvet covers. Marks on sheets. stains in bath. Food choices very basic. No vegetarian choices for dinner.
