There were always some sounds! First, it was the fridge when it stopped, and then something else made a noise (I'm not sure if it was from inside the room or outside). When that other sound stopped, it was the fridge again. The window shades were so dirty that they looked completely black! Plus, you couldn’t even lift them, so I was stuck living in complete darkness. The bed covers seemed like they should have been thrown away a long time ago! The poor shower mixer was struggling to release the water properly. The rooms in the pictures on Booking looked much better and fresher than they do in reality.

Downtown location was very good, close to coffeehouse, restaurants, fastfood, shopping street, squares, etc

Elevator broke and was not repaired timely manner during the stayI was given a room at the 7th floor…Had to go up and down the stairs seven floors with heavy bags and no help available nor willing to assist.

The hotel is a bit old, but it has its own charm. It is located in a great area right in the city center. There are many cafes and shops nearby. Tram stops are just a few minutes’ walk away, and the main bus station is also close, from where you can get almost anywhere on the island. The staff speak English well, are very friendly, and are happy to help. The room has a heater, and the housekeeping staff replace the towels and take out the trash. There is also a refrigerator and a TV.

1.The room windows faced an inner courtyard, so I could hear my neighbors snoring and talking loudly on the phone from 12:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m., which made it impossible to fall asleep. Closing the windows was not an option because it was too hot. I would suggest putting up a notice for guests that quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.2.The pillows have synthetic filling and not much of it, so it feels like sleeping without a pillow, which causes neck pain.3.The hotel does not offer breakfast.4.A kettle is really missing, as it would be nice to have coffee in the morning.

It’s was very clean and centric. Just around downtown. The staff were very kind and at service at all time. Even though it’s says they don’t supply air conditioning service it could be good is were added. Just to update the basics.

The bed was hard to sleep on to.

When I checked in to the hotel at 2:15 the hotel did not have my booking.com reservation so I paid the hotel using my credit card. When I checked out in the morning of April 24 the desk clerk gave me a receipt for my stay. Later a $108 US charge was applied by Hotel Atlantico. This was a charge to my credit card through booking. com. Booking.com said Hotel Atlantico told them I was a no show. This amount I am trying to get back booking . com tells me they are contacting you. I would appreciate if you would help get my money back I do not want to be charged twice.

Nearest parking is 5 minutes walking distance away. Impossible to come to hotel door with car, be ready to walk.

An hotel with an amazing location. The only positive thing I can say about it. The hotel needs a serious make up since the facilities are too old and lacking of maintenance. The lift was covered in graffiti giving you the impression of being in a hostel.

Check in very slow, 15 minutes, room very dated, very noisy during the morning with guests leaving from 6am. Booked two nights, left day early for another hotel

Excellent location. 24 hour reception desk. Room was small but comfortable. Had a room over looking the internal courtyard so no view but I think this made it quieter from street noise. Good value for money and I would return.

It was very noisy throughout my stay. There is no ventilation, the interior rooms are without fresh air. During the first two nights there was singing and talking in a loud voice. They checked me in three hours after the stated check-in time. Unfriendly and unwelcoming staff. I do not recommend it even though it has a good location.

The hotel is more belong to the category of vintage ones, but it is well maintained and clean. Overall, it was cozy and comfortable to be there and sleep in. The only thing I could find fault with is the single-chamber windows, which let in sounds from the noisy street. But overall, it didn't bother me, even despite my very sensitive sleep.
