AC Hotel Tenerife

Location

The noise above my head late in the night (I was on the fifth foot, right under the bar). Also, the sink of room 711 was clogged.

The place is very stylish and nice, I loved the room‘s design and details. The location is wonderful! The room was very cozy and clean.

The breakfast was not vegan friendly at all. I asked if they have any vegan options or even some pesto or paste to spread on a bread and they were not willing to check with the kitchen. I’m not a spoiled one and never had problems to manage with some vegetables and a toast but they offer nothing.

NA on breakfast. Also had a problem with the Shuttle Bus from the Airport. The driver dropped us off 5-6 blocks from the hotel and pointed down a street. We had to pull two suitcases and two hand held bags. When we asked people where the AC Marriott no one knew a hotel by that name. After many wrong terms we finally found an AC Teneriffe which Marriott is not in the name. The info I received from booking .com was AC Marriott so that caused the confusion. We were very angry when we finally reached the hotel. We had the right address so I do not know why the shuttle driver did not drp us closer to the address. So that was our arrival to Sant Cruz, Tenerife.

Lack of restaurant and food choices are very limited, with only outside terrace seating. No true restaurant.

Great down town location and close to the port where our cruise ship Windstar docked.

Good location

The rooftop music/DJ was so loud my kids had a hard time sleeping. The pool was not heated to its normal temperature, so we were not able to use it.

The location is great.

The free breakfast didn’t have much variety . The room was small. It was past check in time and the room wasn’t ready yet.

The ladies at the front desk were amazing - super busy and kept everything moving and friendly

Understaffed registration and check out. Often only one of 2 counters are open. Id’s like passport and license are inputted manually consuming so much time.

Great location in city center, very clean room.

The room had very little natural light, which made it feel dark and a bit gloomy, even during the day. The window faced another part of the hotel, so there was no real view and almost no sunlight coming in.

Great location, and an incredibly calm and quiet room. Unfortunately the pool on the rooftop was closed for renovation at the time, but it was still lovely to spend some time there, you can take a shower to refresh.

Contact with the staff was quite pleasant, except while leaving the hotel. We wanted to pick up the luggage, and we were rudely told by a staff member at reception that he was busy with another thing. Finally the other guests waiting in line let us through as they saw that we were in a rush.

The parking garage was too small, very narrow and dangerous to manoeuvre any vehicle in that lotAlso, extremely noisy, could hear conversations on the street outside our window.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, great family room, we were very comfortable. The beds were super comfortable.A little difficult to find fhe hotel's parking. But overall, a great experience, would recommend without a doubt

We had to move between rooms because of noise from a private party. We were in rooms without windows. The breakfast was all food bought from the cheapest shelves from the supermarket - no ambition.

I visited Tenerife for a business trip just for one day and I chose to stay at AC Hotel. Excellent choice and the location was right in the center. 1 minute by the foot from the port and you have plenty of restaurants and cafes near the hotel.

We got hotel key to find our room has wrong bed types. I booked on booking.com for Standard Guest Twin Room. I told front desk they made mistake for bed size. The lady told me they do not have two beds room. She told me In her hotle system to show we booked the king size bed. She can not change the room for us. Even I show her my booking information, she also can not change the room for us. I felt very angry and contacted booking.com. Booking.com contacted the hotel asap. The guy name in the Font desk is Alejandro. He is very nice and helped us to chaged the room. Finally we got the twin beds which we booked online. Alejandro is very professnal staff.

Good central location. Very clean room with good facilities. Staff very helpful. Nice to have a rooftop bar.

We had to ask to be moved to a different room after our first night as we were in a room with a door connecting to the next room and there was no sound proofing- you could hear everything through the door. The staff were very good and quick to move us to a different room, but we did not expect to have such an issue in the first place with it being a 4 star hotel.The swimming pool is a lot smaller than it looks from images.

Modern rooms, smartly renovatef. Clean and modern bathroom, many mirrors. Breakfast was fantastic! Reception Staff very friendly

Our room was a „Standard“ room with no View
