NH Tenerife

I did like it almost everything. I have been in NH hotels numerous times.

Sometimes I had problems connecting to wifi but, the front desk resolved the problem fast.

The hotel is comfortable and is very well located in the centre of Sant Cruz.

I’ve stayed in NH hotels before and was waiting for a bit more. The parking is very uncomfortable and they only explained it was paid on the last day - although they were kind enough to acknowledge that and make a discount.It is better to park in the nearby parking of Plaza España for pretty much the same price.

Good location, but with a catch - the hotel garage is very small, and is accessible by a car lift, so no bigger vehicles are practical. Better option is to park in a public garage due to space and cheaper daily rates (hotel - 16,50 eur, garage cca 10 eur).Breakfast is good - eggs, ham, muesli and all the usual things.Rooms are the usual standard, clean and tidy.

Location is great! But in general hotel needs to be updated. Breakfast is really small, not a lot options.

Great location! Close to shopping, restaurant and the waterfront.

The patrons from the rooftop bar was disruptive on a Saturday night (3am). Also the bathroom was on the small size.

Great location, large room with a very comfortable bed. So I enjoyed my stay,

It’s a little worn, fridge didn’t work, and the shower is above the bath and was just ok. It just needs a little soft refurb as there is no panache at all.

The car elevator to get to the parking was a stressful experience for us (it's really small), so we used it only for one night, preferring the public parking.

The staff were so welcoming, the location was perfect, the room was clean comfortable and quiet

Nothing bad to say about the hotel

The location was perfect. The room and bathroom were clean and big enough. Perfect for short stay.

Someone was smoking in the room before the smell was unpleasant.

Nothing was a problem! This establishment deserves more stars than it has.From dealing with late check-in due to flight diversions etc, personal greetings, guest recognition, security, spaciousness and room condition….all exceeded my expectations with value for money.The breakfast fee is perhaps a little steep for what is offered.I heard none of the noise from my room nor reception area other reviewers moaned about. And I did visit the roof top night club for a drink - but it is for the younger set. The music is only loud up on the rooftop.

No coffee making facility in my room, despite a jug and cups/saucers.

Bed was comfy and room was a good size

Dropped our bags at 1:30pm and paid for the room. I’d also checked in online to save time. However when I returned after 4pm (check in was 3pm) my room still wasn’t ready and was left standing at reception for 15 mins while the reception staff tapped away on the computer.

Very centre and easy access, lovely staff rooms standard just what we needed

There was rubbish on the floor, that I don’t know how the cleaners missed, but wasn’t a problem for us

Glass wall in bathroom, not great for people who are not partners. Very expensive breakfast. A lot of noise from rooftop bar/ club until 03.00

We were not informed of a roof top night club, which kept going till 3am!! And the rooms are not sound proofed to stop the base beats!!! And we were on floor 4,.so god knows what floor 5 would be like!!!
