I spent one night at the hotel. It is in the city center, close to everything. The room was clean.

The room windows looked out onto a small inner closed 'backyard' (a hole), which was really dark, and every other rooms windows looked out also onto this inner hole.I woked up at 2 am to the sound of my neighbor's TV, who was probably the night receptionist. I had to listen to the TV all night, it was loud. He left the room arround 5 am and turned off the TV.It was good for 1 night, but definitely not for a longer period .

Tired decor, dated , very hard bed and no cover on duvet. Cold and no extra bedding. Also I asked for a second pillow to support my painful hip, none available

Staff was very friendly, the location is excellent.

We had to wait until late afternoon before we could move into our room. The room was very small with a small window into a dark patio, the shower was very small as well, making it uncomfortable to use it.

Lovely value priced hotel, in a prime location close to the shops, market and main bus station surrounded by supermarkets, with serious security. Basic rooms but use of a shared kitchen and lounge

Springy mattress

If you can see past an older building with limited views, this is a wonderful, value priced hotel, in an exceptional location near shops, market and bus station They take security here and very clean and tidy. There is a shared kitchen/lounge with fridge and seating on the 1st floor

Limited luggage storage but reception told me to leave the luggage in the reception area and he would keep his eye on it.

Bad

Very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs in the bed the shower was slow and kept falling off the hook we had to hold it it was useless. No tea/coffee facilities in room. We didn't feel safe in this hotel it was honestly the worst hotel we have ever stayed and would never return.

-extremely smelly room, they have to wash the curtains, it smells like they smoke there daily and also the bathroom smells awful-the receptionist didn’t speak English (maybe other speak English)-noises from the street

The helpfulness of the staff ie, they provided a charger for my phone and charged it for me

Stairs to our floor very dark. Did not know how to activate lights on each landing until we left. Lift a bit on the small side if two people with luggage tried to get into it.

Amazing location, the shared kitchen and lounge on the 1st floor, very secure and close to the bus station. Take 910 to Teresitas beach

Not the greatest views from the room, but didn’t matter. Also when you open your window, you see your neighbours room.

Nice room with everything you need, comfy bed, shower working well, excellent WiFi. Very cheap and great location.

The only small issue I had was a security guy at the reception was was asking me too many questions "which room I am in, what's my name, show me your key" every time I was coming back to hotel. I found it too intimidating even though I understand the importance of hotel security. But it was a bit too much.

The staff very kind and willing to help ,clean ,not noisy ,next to everything in Santa Cruz ,and very affordable depending on the season .Might not be as fancy as others but these two factors outweigh the others

Excellent stay, good hotel, supurb cleanliness, a good room with a small terrace., best location, everything 8 to 10 minutes away. Bus station, shopping, foodie, African Market, a good weekend recommended

Can't complain, cheap as chips, and so clean , a great place to stay ro sleep rest abd and shower.

Location abd friendly staff. Great location close to city center and bus station connecting everywhere in the island abd airports.

Bed hard and thin. I forgot my phone charger in my rented roo. And could retrieved it 4 days later ..
