Bed wasn't as comfortable and ac makes weird noise you would thinking someone is coming to the room

We paid and informed hotel that we are arriving around midnight, they sent us that its okey since they have reception 24/7. But once we reached hotel they gave us room key where was someone else already and after that they told us unfortunately they dont have any room available. We stayed in the car that night since it was already late and it was hard to find some other hotel in that time. They didnt apologize or anything, they told us just to contact booking for refund which still didnt happen. Disaster

I booked this based on reviews and was disappointed. The only good thing was the location. A short bus ride to the centre 10/15mins.

A lot! No lift and no one to help carry luggage, you have to carry it upstairs yourself.No kettles in the rooms. There is a coffee machine downstairs for coffee drinkers, but nothing for tea drinkers like me. I was initially told I could use the microwave, but then found out it was broken!I asked if they could put a kettle downstairs for people to use and was told, "No, there are cafes outside"No good for someone like me who needs a tea before getting ready and going out.I found most of the receptionist/management unfriendly and unhelpful. Only one ever smiled.The cleaners were friendlier.I mentioned the pedal bin in my bathroom was broken, twice to different people. Nothing was done.Most towels I was given had stains on them. Curtains had holes in them.You are given a sachet of shower gel and shampoo everyday.Only rooms at the front have balconies. Rooms at the back are overlooked by other buildings. The inner courtyard is not accessible and an uninspiring view.Rooms at the back are dark and dingy. You need the lights on.The downstairs shared areas are also, dark and uninspiring, not like in the photos.I would not book this again.

Very good for the price, nice and clean, convenient location, breakfast places right next door, supermarket handy next street, bus stops... perfect. There s a fridge an a smart TV can connect to your youtube through screen share, fab

I would ve liked to have a kettle in the room but that s about it.

It had what I needed for a good value.

The hospital cold lighting, and the lamp on the balcony that only turns itself off late at night.

The safe did not work, buzzing sound from the fuse box in the room.

They don’t have Kettle to make tea in the rooms, water is also charged 1.5 e per bottle

Location was great for me for business, WIFI great, Check in staff helpful (through Translate App), Fridge and aircon in room, very clean throughout

Bed a little hard for me but good size considering it was a single, no kettle and vending machines out of order, room rate is higher than other properties of the same standard

Cant believe this is only 2 star!! Yes no lift but great facilities. Cafe next door. Excellent.

The location is great — very quiet and clean, nice neighborhood, supermarket 5 mins away, bus stop for Las Teresitas 5 mins away, city center is 15-20 mins away on foot. All rooms have WiFi, and the password is shared at the reception desk, so it's great - strangely, on Booking, it was stated that WiFi is only available in the common areas which turned out to be not true/outdated. Tap water is not drinkable, but you can buy a bottle at the reception at an affordable price or later at a supermarket. The staff allows luggage to be kept at the reception after check-out.

Sleeping pillows are a bit hard and too high for the neck. There's no lift, only stairs but for me it wasn't an issue. The walls are thin so you'll hear your neighbors (even a mobile ringing); if you're a sensitive sleeper, I recommend grabbing a pair of earplugs.

The location was near the harbor with lots of choices of restaurants. Also, I was grateful for the parking that was available under the hotel so that we did not need to park on the street.

I disliked the lies that Booking both told us and didn't tell us. I did not understand why you would not tell us about not having elevators until after the reservation was made. However, with only one floor available for the hotel rooms, climbing one set of stairs was not a problem. Also, Booking said that WIFI was only available in the common area--that was not true. When I tried to message through Booking I was only given choices of two different hotels. This seemed deceitful to me. These actions have diminished my opinion of the Booking organization.

I like the room and the balcony, enough space and clean.

Clean, spacious room, nice balcony with table and chairs. Nice location about 15 minutes walk outside of the city. Bars, cafeterias and supermarkets all within five minutes walking distance.

Even though there is a coffee machine and a snack machine downstairs it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

Nice hotel and pleasant rooms, just some improvements would be welcomed. Not far from the center, bus stops are close to the hotel. The reception manager demonstrated willingness to solve the issues.

I missed a safe deposit box, which did not function, although the description at the time of the reservation indicated that there is a safe available. Window insulation could be better, the street noise was quite disturbing at nights.
