Great customer service. Good location across from beautiful park and several restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

You can get easily everywhere in a short time.They also have a parking garage (make sure you feel safe with narrow spaces)Breakfast had everything you needed

I always had to walk a few meters from the hotel to smoke. Even though my room had a balcony, i wasn't allowed to smoke

The room was really nice and the bed very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi on the rooftop as well as the location right in front of Parque Sanabria. The staff was always nice and ready to help us. A big plus the restaurant Cayote in the same building

We felt a bit uncomfortable with the bathroom glass wall and door which gives you zero privacy. But I guess is something usual in modern design since I've seen it elsewhere.

What a beautiful hotel! Loved the Jacuzzi on the roof! Very handy for walking into the city center and very convenient for the carnival parade going past the park, amazing experience ????

I like the hotel, even the single room are so dark and small you shouldnt sell at the same price. The location is ok 15 minutes walking to downtown but easy to move to other parts of the island

Services need to improve, they should be more profesional for 4 stars hotel. They dont even offer anything else, they dont even book your restaurant inside the hotel or whatever. They dont even know how to serve a Coffee...The restaurant no very good either...

Location was brilliant.

The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment where the builders were using the same lift. The pool area had teens smoking joints and jumping in the pool. Very unsafe. No one monitoring. Took and hour for my pool drinks to arrive. Good in restaurant was terrible and when I went to their other one they said they didn’t have enough staff ro sit me and my boys on an empty table.

Excellent breakfast. Good choice of high quality food, spacious restaurant, no crowds.Small but very nice swiming pool and jacuzzi at the top of the hotel.

truly excellent, the room exceeded all expectations - we got 2! balconies with a park and mountain view. Giant comfy bed. You can sunbathe on the rooftop also, the pool is tiny but clean. Parking for an additional fee, but you can find a spot to park on the street. Breakfast is rather modest, but fine and fresh, and there's plenty of freshly squeezed orange juice. I would stay again

The staff at reception is very helpful but I try to get a coffee from cafeteria/bar no one came after pushing button many times. From 6h30 am the noises from the workers in hotel is noisy we had someone scraping the walls and pushing few times on our door as they work.
