Pretty hotel. Well located. Manager was helpful in helping me organize a taxi.

All staff members were very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed the location of the hotel given it was so close to nearby restaurants, cafes, bakeries and was it was only a few minutes to the beach. Sitting on the balcony was such a nice way to enjoy the morning sunrise and have our breakfast before heading out each day!

Some things were missing from the room initially and there was no TV remote. The breakfast was OK but perhaps just a little bit on the basic side.

Nice little room with balcony and good breakfast. Expect to walk quite a bit uphill if you’re coming from the ferry. A proper curtain for the window in the bathroom would be nice.

Vert central location, very clean. Excellent housekeeping. Friendly staff, although not always on site, you can reach them easily on whatsapp.

Very noisy at night. You can hear everything from other rooms, other flats in the building (not the hotel, and (slightly less) from the street. The shower needs a shower curtain. Without it, the bathroom floods everytime.The hairdryer in my room was broken. I only noticed at 05:00 in the morning, when I already had dripping wet hair and needed to leave for the airport - so no chance to get it fixed in time.Breakfast was a small, set menu, not a buffet. It was okay, but not worth the high price I paid for my stay.

Very disappointing. The nicely decorated rooms on the photos are NOT what you get - instead you get a dingy room with absolutely no decor, dimly lit by a window that looks out to a tiny atrium. However, the breakfast is really really GOOD!

On top of everything, the place has walls made out of paper. You hear absolutely everything from the rooms next door, from heartache to menstruation problems. Really not what you want for your holiday.

Shower wet bathroom floor. Difficulty getting into hotel after 22h00 having come straight off the ferry. Little English spoken which made communication a little difficult.

Arrived late, were well received. Place very clean, room very quiet. Slept so well. Nice breakfast next day. The only snag was we were staying at this hotel at either end of our walk around the island on the GR130 route. When we came to leave a travel bag before checking out we were told we couldn't. Never had this before and the site did say there was left luggage facility. We had to spend 90 minutes and 48 euros finding somewhere to leave our bag. That issue aside I will recommend the Hotel.

Lovely comfortable hotel close to all amenities. Bed was comfortable and delicious breakfast included.

The breakfast was simple but adequate and serving staff were lovely . All the staff were helpful.

Unfortunately cruise ships do come into Santa Cruz which might swamp the city/ island with too many people arriving at one time into the location.

Incredible value for money. Adorable service despite late check in and very early check out. Nice room with good bedding and everything needed for a confortable stay. Very good breakfast, letting you choose between 3 different options.

Friendly staff, size of room and bedroom, comfortable bed, breakfast ok.

Lack of insulation of windows letting noise enter from the outside, lack of insulation of roof (you can hear the cleaning lady pulling furniture in the morning....)

A lovely room in a small hotel perfectly located in the city center, yet in a quiet setting. The view of the ocean and church, along with the charming breakfasts, made for an overall delightful stay.

Very odd that the front desk was rarely staffed. Staff was usually, but not always, available by phone.WIFI was terrible - I had to go into the hall to find the connection, but then it kept dropping.Note to staff - fix the door leading to rooms, since it doesn't close all the way (not great when lobby is not staffed).

Location is quite nice and the bus goes close enough. Not the best path there if travelling with big luggage, as the hotel is on a hillside and the curb is narrow. Room price was really good and the staff so nice. Reception gave me an advice where to go for a dinner and the breakfast staff was really friendly too. Value for the money is great but mainly because the price is low.

Room had a window in the court yard. Had to keep the window open at night because it was quite too warm inside (even if the temperature during the day was only +21C or so). Open window ment that I could hear everything trough the windows and also trough the walls. The room felt clean enough but there were so many long hairs in the bathroom. You can find these in all hotels but there were quite many here - it's gross.
