La Maison Ruse

Excellent location and service

Notting

The property is small but very clean, and the receptionist was kind and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious enough. Overall it was a good experience.

The place could benefit from an overall renovation, especially the bathroom, which seemed like it needed a bit more care.

location right in the old city near a plaza, short walk to grocery stores, easy bus ride to ruse east flixbus station, strong AC, large room, quiet residential street, safe, key card, fast wifi, clean, amazing shared amenities (kitchen, tv/sitting area, outdoor seating)amazing shower water pressure!

blinds still allow a lot of light into the room

Great place in Ruse for a short stopover. I stayed here in 2018 and again in 2025. The rooms could use a bit of renovation, but just like before, it’s clean, friendly, and convenient. I can definitely recommend it.

Location, comfortable bed, kitchen, coffee machine and quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of hot water for showering. Extremely clean. I would definitely stay again. I enjoyed a refreshing sleep. Pity it was just an overnight stay.

Small shower screen resulting in water flowing out into sewer outlet resulting in wet slippery floor. No fan which meant the bathroom floor is slippery and also misted the mirror.

Convenient location, easy check-in, kitchen available, the staff was wonderful and helpful.

The library, kitchen and washing machine was very convenient. Comfort and safety was excellent.

Nothing bad about the hotel itself but there wasn't many markets or restaurants around.

Close to the center but still in a quiet area. Nice rooms and a cozy common room in the basement.

Good location, at 15 minutes by foot from the central square and at 20 minutes by foot from the bus station There are supermarkets at 5-10 minutes by foot It's clean Very good WiFi There is a machine for espresso The kitchen is well equipped Very good pressure of hot water Good temperature in the room The staff speaks well English

The room is under the roof and the height over the beds is not high. We always must be careful when we wake up

The kitchen and common spaces make this stay incredibly comfortable. It’s also very close to the center and easy to walk to wherever I needed to go.

One of the beds in our room had a mattress that you could feel the springs through, but the other bed was comfortable.

It is very very cosy and comfortable hostel or better to say guest House! I was totally happy! Definitely next time again! The room was big and with a large bed. It is air-conditioned and artistically designed, but still simple and minimalistic. It has all what is needed. The kitchen downstairs is perfect as there are great opportunities to to seat and eat. As well there are two beautiful made living rooms with coaches and bookshelfs for chilling or just enjoying some conversations with other guests. There is no one thing that I didn't like! The personal was absolutely helpful and reliable! The location also fantastic, just 3min.walk from the historical museum, library and the main pedestrian street. Bravo!!!

I won't text here anything as im totally fine with place!

The rooms were comfortable and the basement kitchen and seating areas were fantastic. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling to Ruse.

One room had an air conditioning unit that did not work.

Very clean and cozy place, lovely host and great location just on a walking distance of the city centre. Free parking in front of the hotel.

The pillows were not very comfortable but I guess this is very individual issue.

Really clean and modern guesthouse on a quiet street. The host seemed lovely. Great location - about 20 minutes walk from the station and 10-15 minutes walk into the centre.

A bad smell from the drains.

We recommend this place: really nice location, place to park right in front of the property in a quiet street, the host is professional and nice, the room was clean and large enough. This is our second stay here and we liked it. The beds were OK.

The only problem, on both occasions, were kids upstairs that woke us up before 8am, screaming and making a lot of noise. Other than that, no complaints.

Nice, clean and easy to access

Very kind and helpful staff. Great location.

The room floor wasn't clean. The bed wasn't comfortable.

Location - easy to arrive, central, Comfy - everything available in the room, Wifi was great, clean and cosy room, host was super-friendly, check-in and check-out - smooth - overall, everything was awesome! ??

Nothing as such

It's in a good location near the center, the room was confortabile, good & easy communication for check in

Very affordable and close to the city center. Room was large and the staff was nice
