The room I was in the shower water was just lukewarm and never got hot even though only the hot water was on. The window also wasn't sealed properly so the room was constantly cold. I had to periodically turn on the heater but the heat escaped the room after a while when I turned it off

Good location. Near Sendai Station and the morning market. 7/11 very close as well. Staff very were kind and helpful - lots of credit to them.

Smelled like petroleum in a lot of places. Room seemed pretty unclean. Bed was not very comfortable. WiFi was slow.

Helpful and polite staff. Walking distance from Sendai station makes it very convenient. There is a change of fresh towels and pajamas daily when no cleaning is requested. : ). Price was good so it somewhat lessen disappointment.

Room size was smaller than my expectation. The space is rather tight with 2 guests with 2 medium size luggage. But the worst is there was a strong smell of kerosene or diesel in lift lobby and bedroom (which was directly outside lift lobby) throughout the day. The smell seeped into room even when heater is not turned on. When heater is on, room is hot and stuffy, so I had to open the window to ventilate the room, to keep the smell away and prevent room from being hot and stuffy.

Room was smelling very bad when I entered and it didn’t go away even after spraying the room freshener. AC was loud and it didn’t work properly

It is convenient to get to from Sendai Station and not too expensive. There are communal laundry facilities and a microwave on the first floor.

It was clean enough, but I found a couple of hairs in the bed and bath when I checked in. As other reviewers mentioned, there was a petrol type smell in my room, especially when the noisy aircon was on, which would dissuade me from staying again. The decor was quite old.

The hallway smells like gas due to the boiler. But they would ventilate it if you ask.

The Hotel is located not far from the train station. There are restaurants around the hotels. The room is a standard business hotel with a cozy bed and small bathtub, and the staff is very kind. Great value for your money, recommended.

Wifi was very very weak. Facilities are quite obviously old, didn't seem clean. Air-conditioning wasn't working well so I was freezing sometimes.

It was a nice & cosy room. The staff were very helpful.

It's kind of smaller than other rooms but again, think about the affordable cost.MATTRESS: The bed was quite firm. It's perfect for me because I like this kind of bed.ROOM AMENITIES: The room had all the basic necessities: a big TV, a small fridge, a kettle, a small side table, and some other stuff like wooden hangers, a shoe horn, a flashlight, a pair of bedroom slippers. In the bathroom, you have the usual toothbrush and toothpaste, brush, razor, a hairdryer.BREAKFAST: Breakfast buffet is only 800 yen, I think.STAFF: The staff were kind but I'm not sure if they speak English. We understood each other through simple Japanese.

This is not a complaint but just a note for people considering to stay at the hotel. The room where I stayed didn't have a closet but it's expected. You get what you pay for. :)
