Pros +
- Location is great, a few minutes from Sendai station in a stip mall.Breakfast was alright, not much choice but the quality was great.
- The hotel is located near the station and near to many food options. There's also a Donki nearby which opens till 2am for last minute late night shopping. Staff is helpful and friendly.
- The hotels location and nightly price was about the greatest things I could possibly say about this place.
Cons -
- Hotel lobby is located on the 2nd floor after a flight of stairs so this might be a problem for people with heavy luggages. Can call the hotel staff via the intercom on the wall at the left side of the stairs to request for lift access though.
- My room was fairly spacious but a little grimy here n there, always felt like there was something lingering around my feet and ankles. Also washed my clothes in one of their machines only to find other peoples hair stuck too some of them. Little disappointing. Checkout was 11am. I was in my room for about 10 minutes after the checkout time and one of the managers came to ask me to leave.. Other hotels would just charge you for a late checkout fee. Oh well learn from experience.
- This is not my first time stay here but this time I was disappointed. Room dirty like hell, smell too bad that make me sick. Stay three nights without changing any linen. Reception said for environmental reasons but for three days is too over.

Location. Nice and helpful staff. Close to many shops and restaurants.
The hotel is located inside the central shopping mall with easy access to the station and underground lines.
Bad
This is not my first time stay here but this time I was disappointed. Room dirty like hell, smell too bad that make me sick. Stay three nights without changing any linen. Reception said for environmental reasons but for three days is too over.
The room was comfortable for one person. It had everything standard in a business hotel. It was also lovely to see an eco-friendly hotel in Japan (at least on the surface, but most are not). The room was clean and comfortable, and the location on Clis Road near the station was excellent.
The hotel's lobby is on the second floor, up a flight of stairs. A lift/elevator goes up from the ground floor (a real estate agent's), but I did not know that when I arrived, so I carried my luggage up the stairs. If you contact them in advance (the intercom is hidden), they can take you up in the lift, which requires a staff key to get to the ground floor.
Close to Sendai station. On a shopping street.
Cumbersome check-in. We had to wait in line to use the electronic check-in. The machine didn't work, so we then had to wait in line to do the normal check-in.
-within shopping district with a lot of shops and restaurants, not far from sendai station and mrt station-clean and comfy-the staff was friendly -some staffs do not speak english fluently but they try their best to handle things nicely-value to money
The location is central to everything in the city center.
The carpet had lots of hair from people that weren’t me. Each time I would step on the bath mat or get in bed, more black hair would come off that my feet had picked up.
Staff was very helpful
No parking facility and not convenient at all if you come with a car. Info regarding the associated parking was not informed before arrival. Was very hectic leaving the car on the side street whilst running to find the hotel entrance and help from staff.
Location. Comfortable bed not too hard.
Closet is not good design. Closet doors are not necessary.
I really like the location. I only confirmed that the hotel is near the station when choosing this hotel. however, to my surprise, it is located in the middle of the shopping district. it has everything you want. super market, restaurant, minimarket, shops, izakaya etc. my room was in the 7th floor, its was quiet even tho its near to the shopping district. the room is quiete old and compact, but comfy. overall, love it :D
the light is a bit too dim for working at night but comfortable for resting
The hotel is close to Sendai Station. Breakfast was very good, especially the potato salad. There was also Curry available, which also was really tasty. For using the washing machines and dryers, application at the front is necessary to get a four hour time slot.
The alarm clock/light switch thing was making a buzzing sound all the time.
The location was really great. The breakfast was nice as well. The hotel staff was especially friendly and helpful! You can use the laundry room but have to reserve a slot, which was not a problem for us since there were many free slots.
The air in the room was not great when we checked in, but there was an air refresher which quickly solved this issue. The windows can also be opened.
good taste for breakfast & location nearby for train station
temperature is low, it is uncomfortable for me.
Easy and simple, no fussing around for check-in/out. They had vending machines on the first floor for a quick drink, one had alcohol too. The location is in a busy shopping arcade; seems quite fun for vacation.
I couldn't find the first floor elevator when I first arrived. It's inside in a hallway. I'm not sure if you're allowed to just go in through there. If you ask the staff, they may tell you to use it though. I would ask to be sure.
The low price although it was actually the same price as an APA hotel we stayed on the same trip that was so much better.
The room was particularly small and cramped. There were signs in the bathroom insisting that we don’t dye our hair, we had no intention to.
Ideally located, close to Tanabata festival area, a few minutes to the metro and JR station, and close to many shops, as it is inside a shotengai. The staff is really helpful and professionalFree espresso provided at front deskLaundry corner is really cheap, you only pay a small fee for detergent, but the rest is free (way cheaper than any coin laundry)Room is quite large and well equipped for the price
Front desk is at 2F, so you need to climb a few steps to access the front desk and elevatorThe drying machines are small, it took me a very long time to wash my clothes, but fortunately the staff allowed me to use 2 drying machine at the same time to resolve the issue
This hotel had a very nice location! Had a lot of restaurants nearby and close to the station.
Unfortunately my room had lingering smell of cigarettes (315) I believe I chose a room that was preferred non smoking… however probably because of availability I do not blame them. I only wish the smokers had consideration of the room that’s all. No fault to staff or anything because they cannot control the customers who do smoke in their hotel rooms and not properly ventilate it.
