- Room is way too small and cramped but I knew this booking the hotel and expect it from certain hotels in Japan
- Women's onsen was a bit small, but it was usually empty so that was ok.
- the fridge doesnt seem to be cold

Good location and clean. Nice happy hour and good breakfast.
Room is way too small and cramped but I knew this booking the hotel and expect it from certain hotels in Japan
The Onsen was lovely. Very good price for wonderful amenities and great staff!
Close to the station and some restaurants in the area. Love the pillow selection. Good sized room for a budget hotel.
Women's onsen was a bit small, but it was usually empty so that was ok.
they allowed me for early check in at 12pm so that i could attend an ice show at 4pm, the staff Ms Dai and Ms Sato has been very helpful and very considerate during my stay
the fridge doesnt seem to be cold
This hotel was by far the best value for money stay in Japan. So clean, such attentive staff, so many free amenities including to my astonishment, a FREE BAR for guests to mingle and chat between 6-8pm. The added bonus of the ofuro being natural hot spring was a surprise. I would stay here anytime and would highly recommend.
Literally nothing. It was excellent.
Clean rooms (if a little small) and amazing breakfasts! The onsen was a bonus and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Close to subways and walking distance to main shopping areas in downtown Sendai
The location was perfect, close to metro station, many conbinis around. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, a lot to choose from, food and drinks. The onsen was also a plus. The hotel is big, however, there were never queues to the elevator or any loud noises from the guests.
It was in a good location to Sendai station. You can choose your own pillow and the bed is very comfy with black out blinds! There was a free bar from 5-8pm this was great.
The rooms are not soundproof, so for a couple of nights it was quite loud. The bath - onsen only had three showers and was small and one shower didn't work. Although it was very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was good, and It was new and clean
There were only three shower stalls, and it was a long wait at the big bath.
Goods variety at breakfast, open bar is excellent and the baths are also great as well as the mini manga room and associated waiting areas outside the baths.
Room entry with code instead of key, meaning you don't have to carry anything extra with you and no need to go through a check out process. Located near several convenience stores and restaurants, as well as a shopping street. Selectable pillows. Onsen. Free drinks. Good sized desk.
Lighting a little dim.
Staff were very nice and breakfast was good. The hotel is in a central location. The price seems exceptionally good for the value, but you start to notice where Super Hotel cuts corners after you arrive.
Our room had a wall covered in mold and despite appearing clean at first glance, it was grungy in less obvious places like the toilet. Staff were very obliging when we shared this with them and gave us a new room---but unfortunately, this room too had some mold on the wall.
Breakfast was simple but good enough, and the location is very convenient to catch bus/subway. The hot spring is a plus.
The room and bathroom is very small; the sound-proof was ok that I could hear the hallway and next rooms. The hot spring is small, so finding the right timing could be challenging.
The receptionist preferred to speak Japanese rather than English but they were really helpful and friendly.
They had free drinks on the afternoon, a hot spring, and breakfast was included. It has an entrance to the metro very close by and the main station is 15 min walking.
The room had a bit of a bad smell.
Very nice hotel near the shopping and night life streets, though very calm and comfortable. What I would point out is the option of choosing your pillow, the onsen you can use freely (separate under pin code baths for women) and nicely put thought into environment. Overall very nice and close to everything (JR station and “combini” included) for a good price.
The location is great: walking distance from the JR station, close to the shopping and dining streets, and the 'Loople' tourist bus stop is just across the road. .Let me repeat that: *the 'Loople' tourist bus stop is across the road*We didn't realize this, because Google Maps failed to show that option as a public transportation route. We walked all the way to the Masamune Date grave in excruciating heat. I want to spare you the trouble: just hop on the Loople bus. XDAlso: use their pillow service to make sure you're comfortable.
The onsen was crowded at times.
Loved the atmosphere. The location is really close to the trainstation and quite easy to find. The staff is very helpful and I'm pretty sure use magic to get it all done. Food was great, amenities awesome, room was nice and clean. The fact that they give you tiny gifts is downright cute! It really is a super hotel.
I honestly can't think of anything... Maybe the thin walls? Oh, and 1 wall had some sort of splatter (1), I made sure to stay away from that...
Very good breakfast, with buffet items changing every morning over our 5-day stay. Special mention: gyutan curry and the bread section, especially when fresh at 6:45 am.
Bathroom was cramped
