Great quiet location. Close to town but yet far enough to be quiet. Nice breakfast very nice staff who want you to enjoy Good parking. Wished I could have had more days here Excellente ubicacion cerca del centro pero tranquillo. Excellente vista

The view was the best! Absolutely stunning.

They lack the little extra services that can make a big difference — like arranging laundry pickup. This hotel is up a very long and steep hill from the closest laundry service.

Incredible views, comfortable seating/sleeping and *complete* privacy. 5 star Staff and breakfasts. Dependable WiFi/Smart TV. Room 102; Suite Balcon del Rio.

Location, the view, the breakfast was nice, some of the staff are top notch.

The lighting in the room was too intense. They have this strip of their logo on the glass that ruins the view a bit.

Amazing view in Salento. Terrassé is perfect to enjoy breakfast or apero. Hotel is calm and quiet. You can walk to the downtown without having the noise of the streets.

The bed was noisy when one of us is moving.

The hotel overall is nice but the rooms need simple maintenance such as shower faucets being loose, loose electrical outlets and just some touch ups. Also towels are small and thin.

We had a room with a view that was unbelievable! The view is what you’re coming here for, why not wake up to it?!Staff is lovely!

It’s at the top of the hill, so it’s always a walk up hill going back to your room! Haha! Unavoidable for the great view!

Peaceful Escape with a ViewLovely place in a fantastic location—quiet, green, and serene. The room was small, especially considering the added cost for the jacuzzi upgrade, but the shower was excellent and the minibar well-stocked. The real highlight was breakfast on the patio: delicious food paired with a breathtaking view. A calm, bucolic retreat in the heart of Salento.

We got a mountain view room and it did not disappoint us! The view was spectacular. It is the same view you get from Mirador (viewpoint) close by. The room was clean and the hotel is very quiet (especially at night). The breakfast was very good. I would come back and stay here.

Remember that the hotel has a great view. This means it is at a higher elevation than the rest of the town. So, coming back to the hotel is an exercise for your quads! The only thing that I would fault is that the WiFi is spotty. It may drop depending on your location in the room.

The view to Valle del Cocora is just amazing and I mean it. You can’t get any better view and we have been in Salento many times in different hotels. Breakfast was to die for: fresh fruit, eggs in many presentations and the best coffee.The hotel it’s located close to the main area of town, La plaza del Pueblo and close to all the curio shops around. Get some “Cafe de Origen” so you can try different flavors of coffees made in the region. Love this town and this a great choice of hotel if you are planning on a visit.

The view! It’s the best.

Everything about my stay at El Mirador de Cócora was beautiful and above my expectations! The Hotel even helped me with decorating the room with a Birthday surprise to my wife! I was lucky to even hearing and seeing the horses with the sunrise was spectacular!

Very luxury and relaxing place, staff were very nice. The room is big and comfortable. The view from the hotel is outstanding. Breakfast was amazing.

I stayed for a few nights and I loved it! The staff was excellent and very welcoming. The view from the terrasse was beyond beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here as it is close to all major sights without being directly located in all the noice.

The room was very basic and the bed harder than usual. But if you plan to be out exploring the whole day or using the other facilities of the hotel, this is not a big issue.

The hotel has a wonderful location on the edge of the Cocoa Valley. Our room had a jacuzzi in the terrace overlooking the valley. Very nice staff.

The property has no heating (it never gets so cold to need it) and the room can get quite humid in wet weather.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The location on the edge of the Cocoa Valley was breathtaking, with amazing views all around. The staff were very helpful and made our visit even better. The private garden was a lovely touch, offering a peaceful place to relax.
