- Staff was very nice. The place is very nice, it looks like a little town!
- Staff was very friendly and professional, beautiful place close to everything. Breakfast was delicious with many choices!Great job guys !!
- The place is a rustic country house, the amenities are basic, and it needs better maintenance due to the humidity conditions of the area and the mosquitos. There is not really soundproof. Therefore, expect to hear the outdoors all the time. The stuff is excellent trying to accommodate everyone the best they can. Special thanks to Mauricio, Shirley & the stuff of the Restaurant.
Cons -
- Unfortunately the room had humidity on the ceiling and curtains. There was a party with loud noise until very late. It was hard to sleep because of the noise from the near by neighbors, a baby crying very loud, the party and the highway close by.
- This is not relevant to the lovely hotel and it's services, but more of a warning for other travellers...The location is rural so taxis are required to go anywhere. The hotel recommended a driver to transfer us from the airport. The ride was traumatic. It was a regular taxi (not a private car) and the first car broke down on a busy mountain road, so we had to switch cars. The second had a bad collision with a motorbike, so my advice is to book Ubers everywhere. The rural taxis tend to be very old cars, often without seatbelts, so it's a gamble with your life on steep mountain roads at night and\or in pouring rain (ours was both). Ubers tend to be more modern\slightly better cars.
- - Not all rooms are renovated; I unfortunately booked an older room that had a creepy vibe and was humid. I had to request a room change, but fortunately, the administration was understanding and accommodating.- Hotel hosts events that can be a disturbance. During my stay, there was a party that went on until 3 am, making it difficult for me to sleep. I was not informed about the event in advance, which would have been helpful.- Basic breakfast with bland coffee and stale bread. I was looking forward to a hearty breakfast, but the options were limited and unappetizing.- Pool was closed for most of my stay, which was disappointing since I was looking forward to relaxing by the pool.- Rooms can get stuffy and humid with no fans or air conditioning available. This made it uncomfortable to sleep and relax in the room.

The hotel is beautiful with great views of the mountains. It's laid out like a farm village, with colourful buildings plus interesting and historical props all over the large grounds. The on-site restaurant serves breakfast and dinner, the food there it's great (I recommend the Tilapia). Due to the remote location, the hotel offers a gym, games room, mini golf, tennis court, a couple of jacuzzis, and a pool. These facilities are a little dated, they look like nobody has used them in decades, but still a nice to have with the changeable mountain weather. The staff were all great, friendly, helpful and patient with my terrible Spanish. Our room was huge, with 2 big balconies, smart TV, and big comfy beds offering the best nights sleep we experienced in all of Colombia.

Nice hotel in a perfect location to visit Salento and Finlandia. Clean, spacious and great staff. Recommend.
- Beautifully maintained grounds- Clean rooms with reliable hot water- Convenient location between Armenia and Circasia- Exceptional staff who are friendly, accommodating, and go above and beyond. They made a significant difference in my stay, especially when I had to request a room change.

Such a cute and charming hotel! We loved the little town decor of the place, it feels really special. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was simple yet tasty.
On the last night of our stay, the hotel was hosting an event until very late in the evening. We were not notified of the event, not when we booked the dates nor when we checked in. The music was extremely loud and lasted until 2am, which made our last night of sleep rather difficult. We understand that they have a beautiful hotel that would host events, but we just wished they had let us know and warned us that we might want to consider elsewhere because the noise would be so loud that night. Also, they were working on the pool the whole time and it was not usable. I think we would have just appreciated a little better communication about both of these issues.
A lot of space in the room, amazing views and great facilities.
The suite was great: amazing view and a very nice jacuzzi! Staff is friendly and the hotel looks like a little town, which we loved.
Restaurant isn’t always open, we had to ask everyday to make sure it was opened for dinner. Lunch isn’t available at the property, which would be nice because the next available restaurant js a 10 minute walk away.
Excelent setup, Very Friendly and helpful staff
Very troublesome to have hot water to showerJacuzzi Did in the room did not warm up very goodVery limited times to get food from the restaurant
Dear Customer Service,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. After a 14-hour trip from New York to Armenia, I was expecting a comfortable and pleasant experience, especially considering your hotel's 4-star rating and its promotion as a top stay on Booking. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of these expectations. Here are the key issues I encountered during my stay:Unprofessional Reception: Upon my late arrival, which I had informed the hotel about in advance, the receptionist seemed visibly irritated and greeted me with a negative attitude. This was highly unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome from the very start.Room Condition: When I entered my room, I found spiders on one of the four beds, which was extremely unpleasant. Additionally, the mattresses were incredibly hard and firm, making it impossible for me to get any rest that night after my long journey.Lack of Basic Amenities: To my surprise, there were no shampoos, soaps, or conditioners provided in the bathroom. This is a basic expectation at any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 4-star.Bathroom Issues: The sink in the bathroom would overflow, causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor. This made the area dirty and unsafe to walk on.No Breakfast Offered: The hotel claims to offer breakfast included, but the following morning, I was told by the server that there was no breakfast available—not even a cup of coffee or orange juice. As a result, I had no choice but to leave the hotel and search for a restaurant in the city of Armenia, which added to my inconvenience. No Room Improvement: After returning to the hotel that evening around 10 PM, I hoped the conditions of my room would have improved since I had already complained to the staff in the morning. However, the beds remained extremely uncomfortable and stiff, making it impossible for me to sleep once again.

Good location, quiet, good food, nice view, friendly staff, free parking
Private jacuzzi wasnt working and didnt get a discount for the inconvenience. Suite didnt include iron, but we asked for one and got it the third day.
A perfect place to stay and enjoy the beautiful coffee Colombian land. The four ledged owners, Sasha and Milo was the best in the hotel.
It was nice that it was designed like a Colombian town
My recent stay at El Eden Country Club was a nightmare. Our room was infested with cockroaches and spider nests, and the whirlpool was green and unusable. There were power outages, no working WiFi, and a terrible breakfast. The shower also often was cold and had warm water for 30 seconds. Despite the hotel being nearly empty, the unhelpful staff refused to make any changes to our reservation or offer a refund. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I feel completely scammed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
BEWARE - MUCHO CUIDADO - our laptop was stolen at reception.
Our laptop was stolen at reception. We went to Armenia for the day as our flight was in the evening and left our bags at reception where they said nothing would happen and that there were "security cameras". Well our laptop was taken from one of our bags. There is no real security other than the "security cameras" that they did not check for our stolen laptop for another 2 days!! (Then they said nothing was seen - or course what else would they say?) The place is quaint but WIDE open anyone can come and and anything could be taken. The cameras do nothing. There are events taking place there and anyone could also go up to your room. DO NOT STAY THERE.
A beautiful traditional style coffee town The detail to preserve the traditional coffee town setting while incorporating great views in their rooms..
The colors, how organized and clean it was.
The place is beautiful and very comfortable
Unfortunately the services was not what I expected for the price. Booked this place to not go anywhere else and the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner due to an issue personal they had in the hotel. Initially they mentioned we could receive visits, but then they said visits are not allowed. I guess one of their employees provided wrong information… even if they were the ones who provided the wrong information they charged me for an additional person but didn’t even let the person stay… ridiculous! Charging me for a mistake they did. The place is beautiful but I might not come back due to the lack of service and communication
It looks like a little traditional town. There were amenities to play games, pool, bbq area, resting areas and great views of the mountains and coffee farms.
The suite was glorious with a beautiful view. The staff are amazing.
There were issues with the hot water. The staff were attentive and got straight on it, but it took almost 2 hours and unfortunately ruined the start of the stay, but hopefully they learn from it going forward.
Beautiful room, views and amazing staff!
Need to check the drain in the walk in shower.
