Very beautiful hotel! Friendly staff that also speaks English and is willing to answer/assist with any questions. Walking distance from the central square in town. Our room was very clean. Complimentary breakfast is huge and AWESOME quality. Recommend!

The price is a little expensive for Colombia, but for only a little extra money you get a lot more.

Location: one block to all the stores and restaurants.Great customer service, Alejandra, the receptionist, was very attentive and cordial.Also, the waitress and cook.Breakfast was good.The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The bathroom had a good size-shower. Love the yellow and blue colors.

I would recommend to have a small table in the room in case the guest would prefer to eat in the room or do some work on the computer.

Besides breakfast was well prepared, the quantity isn’t enough. My suggestion is to pass breakfast to a buffet. Courtesy water should be given to all guests.

The location is perfect, because it’s not in the middle of the town, but everything is a walking distance!! People were really polite

Not all bathrooms have a window, so our room sometimes felt a bit humid when coming back

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. I found MANY small black dots on the bed, which were clearly bed bug droppings. I had already slept there without knowing, which puts me at risk of carrying these insects in my clothes and luggage.It’s unacceptable for a place that hosts travelers to have no pest control or basic hygiene in the rooms. This is not just poor cleaning — it’s a health hazard.

We booked the Executive Suite and it was so good, very confy and clean!I highly recommend this hotel! :)The location is also convenient (close to the main street and the central plaza as well)
