Hotel Boston Plaza Kusatsu

Conveniently located, parking facilities even though shared was easy to use and reasonably priced.

Nothing to complain about.

The location is good. The staff are so nice.

There is a rat in the store of 1st level. I had a very bad experience by seeing it while the store staff did not care about it.

A fantastic place to stay near Kyoto (about a 20 minute train ride). The rooms are very well appointed and clean. The property a great location and just meters from the train station. The most impressive was the breakfast, WoW, the best hotel breakfast I had in Japan; good coffee, plenty to choose from for both western and Japanese menu...waffles; miso soup; fresh juice; pastry; grilled fish; chicken, etc.

Loved staying here.

very clean rooms. strong ac. steps away from the station. convenience store connected to the hotel.

Close to train station , food & supermarket!

The pillows are too soft for my liking , wished you had a firmer one

Kindness and cleaning and as well room size

It’s located next to the station. The room is very nice and clean. And the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Next to train station and lots of amenities.

The staff were rude and incompetent. Lacks flexibility in dealing with situations. Poor communicating skills.

This hotel location very good. Kusatsu station infront this hotel. And we like nostalgia hotel.

Bathroom bad

The location is great. Right infront of Kusatsu Station.A very big mall is 3mins walking which was very convenient for finding food.

I wish the rooms would be more quiet. We could hear people from upstairs

Very friendly staff, close to the train station, clean room and delicious breakfast ??

Thank you very much for the hospitality. We had enjoyable stay and definitely will come again. Good Location just next to the Kusatsu StationFriendly Staffs Very artistic decorarions Extremely clean in every area (lobby, corridor, elevator, room, restaurant)Perfect delicious all-you-can-eat both Western and Japanese breakfast

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Spacious room with big double bed, long sofa, a working desk, pants iron board and complimentary mineral water & biscuits. Good breakfast with variety of choices and amount. Like both western and Japanese food. It would be better with espresso available from the coffee machine. Prefer espresso than Americano. Hotel staff was very friendly and tried best they could to answer my question although we were conversing with different language. Thumbs up for this.Bathroom with good view which is great to enjoy while shower/in bath tub, like the concept.Lawson convenient store located at ground floor of hotel so it is very convenient if need something along the stay.

Little dusty and cause some issue with my sinus. Just my own problem. My partner was all okay throughout the stay.

Just right space for you to stay comfortably (not too big, not too small), as well as the size of the restroom. Hotel is very clean with nice decorations especially on the 2F. Staffs are friendly adding the other level of comfort for the stay. Location, although ~20-25 minutes by train from Kyoto, is very convenient with only ~1 minute walk to JR station.

The room is nice, clean, and comfortable. They have all amenities you possibly needed, including bath salt, and mini bars (which most hotels in Japan didn’t have). The location is great, since it is located in front of Kusatsu Station. Also the hotel decoration is very nice, and the staffs are friendly.

very near mrt and convenience store just at the ground level

room had a slight musky smell when I entered. Room Slightly dark

Very comfort room. Unique layout.

Staff didn’t seem friendly unless they needed to talk (not big deal, but hotel staff in Japan normally greets and smile, in my experience).

Poor

So hot. Cannot adjust. Poor ventilation . Asked us to open the windows instead

very clean room, friendly staffs and fancy atmosphere!

Location and next to train station.

Cleanliness could have been improved;basin tap with too little hot water and it is not comfortable in Winter.
