The rooms are very outdated needs alot of upgrades, especially the bathrooms. No fridge in the room so unable to have cool drinks in the rooms

The breakfast variety was good. The hotel is right next to the beach. They also offered 4 o'clock tea :) and the animators made the stay exciting for the kids.

The staff are friendly and helpful, it's a really lovely and serene environment, I traveled alone and felt very safe. The hotel is on the beach, it's perfect.

The service and the staff was very good. The breakfast had a good variety and the location is excellent. The swimming pool and the beach view are okay.

The large bed was a combination of 2 single beds which might be uncomfortable. Some rooms lack fridge and TV. The bathrooms need an upgrade.

LikeThe staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The hotel offered a beautiful view of the beach, and the air conditioning was very effective. Additionally, having a refrigerator in the room was a convenient touch.Dislike The hotel recommended a spa located within its compound, which unfortunately was very unhygienic and it made the whole experience uncomfortable. While we were not charged the full price for the massages, it was disappointing to have such an experience from a facility endorsed by the hotel. I would expect any service recommended on-site to reflect the same level of quality as the hotel itself.

I would like to thank all staff of the hotel, including security, cooks, reception, spa, cleaners..., for outstanding and exceptional services to my disable mother. Fantastic hotel at the beach with a quiet and clean room. I would love to return to this place once more.

Location is great. Aircon in the room was a blessed relief. Breakfast was OK - recommend the omelette.

The hotel hosted an event on the Sunday of our 3 day stay. This limited the space available for hotel guests and caused excessive noice with constant loud shouting into a microphone for 8+ hours, which really spoilt what should have been a relaxing day.

The staff and the atmosphere were outstanding! What a lovely lovely little hotel! The location is great too, being situated right by a gorgeous beach with azure blue water. We will be back and recommend this place to everybody visiting Kenya! ?❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great people, wonderful location. Fabulous beach and perfect beach front situation. Very comfortable and authentic rooms, and a lovely pool area (we didn't swim since the ocean was right there, but it looked nice). Excellent breakfast.

Food in the restaurant for a la carte took a long time, but the drinks came on time.

The ambience is excellent- adapting a regional architectural style and decor; the location is perfect- right at the splendid white sand beach; there is a mix of restaurants and sitting areas spread across the resort; thsle staff are very friendly.

Service at the large outdoor area next to the beach was slow.

Staff were really friendly. Maureen the duty manager was so nice & really helpful. Any issues were resolved immediately. Rooms were clean, comfortable & spacious with a fully sheltered porch. Brilliant location. Fresh omelettes & fresh fruit for breakfast. Even breakfast to go at 4.30am on the day we checked out.

I would have loved a fridge in the room.

I liked the ambience and infrastructure of resort .

The bed is long ,width wise and shorter length wise, the legs go out of bed. Badly maintained with old towels. Worst part is the shower space is so small that one can't even move hands . It appeared to me a village restaurant with limited menu and lots of flies . One would keep one hand moving tp make flies away from plates - so annoying.
