Hotel Il Credo Gifu

This was walkable from the railways station and busses to the Gifu Castle and Cormorant Fishing piers were available from right door.

Everything was functional, but you can tell it's an old hotel.

Excellent location, rooms with great size

Bath too small, bathroom uncomfortable, bad smells

Room was immaculately clean. Surrounded by restaurants and shops, so even if you come late, you'll probably find a place to grab a bite.

Convenient

Never heard of being asked to leave the room for 4 hours (9 to 1), while it was being clean. I had to ask permission to go to me room for my hearing aide batteries.

Good simple japanese breakfast. Room is comfortable.

There is no complimentary bottled water.

It was very clean and organized, the check in was super smooth and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very good location, near Gifu station

A little old room,small room

- It's conveniently near the Gifu subway/JR Station.Convenience store, restaurants and supermarkets are within a 5-10mins walk from the hotel.- Bus station is just across the road street.- The hotel provides basic amenities.- the elevator is at the side/ parking area of the bldg

Front desk were helpful. I needed a convenient place to stay for a night, so this works well! Near both Gifu station and JR line. Lots of food nearby. Very accessible.

Since it was winter, we carried larger luggage. We manage to squeeze 2 nos of L size luggage in, but wished we had a little more space. Also, to access the lobby from the main road, there was a flight of stairs to walk up.

The hotel is very well located. The room is clean but a strong cigarette smell can be felt. The staff is helpful. However, the WiFi is a bit slow.

Strong cigarette smell and slow WiFi.

A very nice comfortable clean hotel, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms had everything we needed. It was in a good position in the city.

The was nothing we didn't like. Maybe the rings are a bit too small.

Near the dinner spot and Gifu station.

Totally very old style room. Humid and dark.I regret that I expected nice room from picture, but it was different.

The location and size of the room was great.

The bed was a little hard which did give a sore back for the stay.

Excellent location, good price., clean bed.

Facility shows some ages( reasonable)

Location is good. Walkable to Meitetsu -Gifu Station direct train to Nagoya Airport, Gifu JR and bus terminal. Lots of eateries and supermarket. Good Japanese breakfast.

The switch charger is not at the bed side. The on/off light in the room need to figure it out.

clean and convenient

elevator to 2nd floor hard to find

clean, comfortable ,super close to the station and bus stop, near family mart and some other restaurants.the price is also reasonable.

the breakfast is so limited maybe because corona so guest cant have many option. but the staff were so kind to provide vegetarian food and bread for me.

Coffee service at front lounge and late checkout service it is due to COVID-19. Overall, It’s comfortable stay and I wanna stay there when I go to Gifu city on my business trip.

However, I was a little bit disappointed about PC rental services. One staff said to me that it is out of service because of COVID-19, but when I checkout, I asked other staff about that, it is still available for rental PC.
