The place is near to MRT meitetsu gifu and gifu JR station, convenient store family mart just right next to hotel and have special access door to the store itself from lobby hotel

Hotel was within walking distance of train station and local eateries. The room was clean, beds and pillows great. (Harder bed as usual in Japan).There was a laundry and I borrowed an iron and ironing board.Clean towels and bottles of water on request.

The breakfast. I’d like to preface this by saying that Gifu is not your average westerner tourist place so naturally it’s more Japanese foods available on the buffet. And that’s perfectly fine, once you know you can eat elsewhere.So if you’re a bacon and eggs type of breakfast eater or vegetarian like me, I’d opt to go out for breakfast next time.

We LOVED this hotel, it was so cute, it was dressed all in Sakura vibes. The staff was VERY nice, friendly and accomodating. My sister is a handfull when it comes to forgetting stuff, and the staff was very helpfull. I actually forgot my glasses so I was blind the rest of the trip (2 weeks left) but I didn't want to bother them again lol. The location is perfect, for the bus (just in front of the bus stop) and the train/subway (a few steps from the train station). It has a direct entrance to a combini, and it has a mcdonalds on the side. Water pressure was amazing, the beds where really comfy and it was very clean. It literally was the perfect hotel. I was bummed that we only stayed here for a night.

Absolutely excellent location for access to trains. We came from another country and the easy access to trains (3 minutes away) made this location perfect for our family.

New hotel in a good location for easy access to the train station, restaurants and it had a convenience store attached.

Staff were so lovely and accommodating! Hotel is modern, clean and has everything you need. Once we realised these were all over Japan we wished we had've stayed solely with them! Nice and close to the station, shops and restaurants. Plus convenient bus lines that stop out the front or across the road!

The location is more than perfect for business travelers - just 2 minutes away from Meitetsu station. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very clean and the staff is more than collaborative. They tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The amenities are perfectly chosen as variety and the rooms are very quiet.

I as for 5 days and the breakfast was one and the same every day. Besides that the choice was more than limited. There's no espresso or cappuccino at all!

Location next to meitetsu gifu was unbeatable. Hotel is also situated in kandamachi shopping district.Breakfast is also delicious and is provided by a restaurant on the 2nd floor.

The checkin process required customers to queue first for the manual counter before queuing once more for the machines that would actually issue the room cards.

Close to Gifu Meitetsu and JR Stations, clean, and reliable!

Only thing was that it’s easy to hear traffic etc. outside—but if you like “cityscape BGM,” no issues!

Right from smooth check in to smooth check out everything was super comfortable. Staff is extremely courteous. Rooms are super clean. They even provided amenities box to our kid containing slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush. We found it a very thoughtful gesture.

Some options for vegetarians could have added more value in breakfast. Bread, con flakes variety, tea, coffee, salads are tasty.

Great location, excellent staff at both the front desk and breakfast buffet.

Cleaning could be improved. There was hair in the sink and on the toilet seat, and the toilet bowl needed to be scrubbed (smear left by previous guest). A couple of cups were dirty on the rims (the front desk staff provided new cups straight away). I’m sure we could’ve asked for a room change and the staff would’ve kindly helped.

We chose to eat elsewhere during this stay but, had the breakfast previous stays and found it very good. Our time for check out prevented us from having breakfast.

The T.V. although had many channels available, it was not a smart T.V. and would have been nice to have had access to channels like Netflix and YouTube.

The windows faced southeast, so with the sunrise at 6:30ish am, waking up WAY early was unavoidable… maybe thicker curtains would’ve been a good idea?

Breakfast should be improved, the continental part is very poor, Japanese food is very varied but not everyone can eat fish, meat and soups for breakfast

The room was clean with all needed facilities. Reception staff was helpful. Everything worked fine.

Finding the garage in the hotel backyard could be easier. We had a room with 3 beds. In this setup there was not really a lot of space left.

Good location, comfortable and quiet. The rooms were quite spacious and the bed was large. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was very easy, good amenities supplied at the reception area...washer/dryer combos available on multiple floors

No spare pillows, the ones supplied were a little flat, a second pillow would have been good
