Shame the restaurant wasn't open on Sunday evening. I had to drive a couple of miles to find somewhere.
A convenient stay for a transit visit in Gifu, with plentiful parking places for travellers. The rooms were comfortable and well-ventilated (air conditioning and heating), and there was an excellent buffet breakfast served from 6.30-9am. Would highly consider returning to Hotel Route-Inn and the other hotels in this chain around Japan!
I would advise to make use of the slippers in the room as the carpet did not feel particularly clean, and noting that the bathroom is quite small to nagivate if you are a tall/large person. There is also a small noise leakage from the corridor into the room, via the room door.
