Friendly staff, good breakfast, ok rooms.

The location was not convenient for walking into town to the station.

Very helpful servus and all areas including the guestrooms.After walking in the mountains a bath in the public Sento was a highly appreciated extra.Breakfast Japanese style changed everyday and was freshly cooked. Including the smaller section of international breakfast. The coffee machine makes a relatively good cup to start the day.

The bed was for my scale a bit too hard.and the only one during my 3 weeks stay, including a Japanese style guestroom.The location is good for travelers withe a car, but a bit fair from the train station especially since the local bus passes only every 1 how or on weekends less. Distance with Taxi is payable but not on a daily basis.

Good value, convenient to bus line. Decent breakfast. Nice to have an Onsen.

For the price the hotel is great. Very clean and comfortable, good facilities and friendly staff that speek english fairly good. You have a good breakfast until 9am, an onsen, bending machine and next door 2 convenience stores. The area is very calm quite which makes a good night sleep.

Good restaurant on ground floor. Dinner prices were very good value and breakfast buffet was great. The room was comfortable and facilities included a women only hot pool as well as public hot pool. We found staff very helpful and friendly.

Mattress was rather hard compared to Western beds.

The staff were friendly. The place was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious. Parking was great.

Everyone was nice and hotel had everything we needed. Spacious room for japanese standards.

It's a bit far from the center, that's the only minus, but there is a bus station right next to the hotel so it's alright

Good coffee machine, nice staff and room in decent size.

The room is a little outdated with a small shower room. Breakfast and check out time were quite early, so we didn't make it to breakfast. They do not allow tattooed people in the onsen. The bed was hard according to my partner. All in all, quite expansive with not much return.

The stuff was amazing. The private onsen were really nice

It would be better to have more than one towel for guest .

The staff were excellent; super helpful and friendly! Amenities around the hotel was excellent too! Room was clean too!

Infrequent bus services from train station!

Good if you just need somewhere to sleep for one night. Breakfast was decent.

Room is really only suitable for one night. Hotel felt very dated. Onsen isn't tattoo friendly.

Excellent stay. Comfortable. Staff friendly. Great breakfast. Short (3km) bus trip into town.

Friendly staff, public bath.

Wifi was terrible and kept cutting in and out. Staff tried to fix it but to no avail. Additionally people speaking in the hallways can be heard in the room and will wake you up if you're sleeping. The location is far from the station and buses are rare if you have no car.

It was a nice place. I almost got the place by myself. Breakfast was so great and pleasant.

Unfortunately, the customer using the room beside was so noisy, banging the wall and making a ruckus.I came by foot. The place was a bit far from the center. You need to know the bus schedules near the place.

Small onsen on the first floor which is empty in the later hours, really good and various breakfast options, USB Ports at the bed. FamilyMart, KFC, McDonalds and a big grocery store are in walkable distance. You get a free drink, which is a very friendly gesture.

The bath wasn't completely clean and for someone without it is a car a bit isolated.
