Room service food was mediocre. Best, my wife ordered chicken soup and got beef. The pizza I ordered was almost an edible. It was so wet and soggy and loaded with flavorless cheese, the crust was only half cooked the dessert I got looked really nice but tasted like crap.The ironing board was super miniature didn’t function properly and had a messed up cover.

It is a very good hotel, perticular for Latin American Standards. (with all respect) We organized a seminar in the Hotel as well and everybody was very helpful with everything. Reception people (the face of the hotel) is very good in their work. To the point, friendly and helpful. In other words, a nice stay in this Hotel

The service is wonderful from everyone, it is quite clean and the hotel is large and beautiful, the breakfast which is included is delicious and varied every day, the other menus are just as exquisite. We will definitely return.
The view was amazing. The pool area with 3 jacuzzies was lovely.The staff around the pool and at the front desk were very nice.The food was delicious.The rooms were big and comfortable.
The staff at the restaurant was awful.They took incredibly long to bring the food every single time. We waited over an hour for pizza and salad. It truly ruined our stay because we had a kid and he was so sad waiting so long for his food. Also, we were hoping to have some drinks and nice food after work, but we ended disappointed, hungry and mad every single time. Just sad.We complained and the manager apologized and made sure we had good service during dinner. The next day, they forgot to bring 1 of 4 lunches.... so one person in the group had to leave to the airport without eating... insane.We have rarely seen such a mess in a restaurant. It's a pity because the food is really nice.We noticed that it also happened to other people. They truly need to train the staff because they clearly are not capable of proper service.

Great Facilities.
The restaurant one evening was a bit slow. We waited over an hour for our food and it was empty when we placed the order. Not sure what happened as the other times it was excellent service.

Excellent Hotel and location perfect. Delicious Breakfast included in the price. Excellent pool and 3 jacuzzi's to enjoy until 9.00pm at night. Staff excellent and always ready to assist. Wonderful place to stay.

As usual, the overall experience was great, rooms were clean and big, the food is excellent and with sooo many options to choose from and the customer service is top notch. Gabriel and Andres are always the best during our stay.
I would love to have breakfast a bit later so, maybe open the option up to 10:30 am
