Internet was terrible. I moved out because i could not work.Too small a room.

The room was nice and clean. The location was perfect! The area was safe. There were restaurants, malls around us.

What I didn't like is that it said they provided parking and when we got there the parking lot was full. The receptionist said it was packed due to the New year and we had to pay parking across the street at a mall. It wasn't much $ but one of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the parking.

Double room a little too small

We stay here every time we visit family in Ibague. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Nice to a have hot shower and sleep with a cool AC. Also there’s plenty of restaurants just a short walk away, also 3 malls. Taxis are easy to find in this perfect location.

Like I said we stay here all the time, but this time our room was located next to what sounded like a laundry room with machines running at night and early in the morning. Also, to make things worse there was a conference room located next to our room and at 7 in the morning chairs and tables were being moved around, lots of people walking in the hallway, and when the conference starts you can clear every word. This was very disappointing, very difficult to rest with all of the very early activities. I think Eco Star needs some sounds barrier insulation in the walls of Room 204.

Compact rooms

I received a different room than I purchased . It was smaller with one bed not two beds

Breakfast was just about adequate. Location was great.

The room was on the small side. Also, just about every hotel now has a small fridge in the rooms...not this one.

Close to very nice restaurants, shopping malls and quite. The staff was very nice.

Everything was better then ever. I stayed here many times. First thing I noticed was fresh paint and other improvements. Very good job??

It is clean and near shopping center. The breakfast is good. Staffs are nice and helpful. The bed is comfortable. A lot of restaurants are walking distance.

The street was very noisy. Traffic noise, music from the circus cross the street. You could hear very loud noise in your room from 5am to 12am. only 5 hours peace time. You couldn't sleep well because of that.

It was a good place, the rooms are a bit small but with a good design and everything you need. breakfast was good and location is excellent.

Great location, great breakfast (actually one of the best we had during our 3 week stay in Colombia). The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were great. We had a great stay and would recommend others to stay here.

The sounds from the street outside were very loud. This is not unusual for Colombia (my experience). But it's good to be prepared.

I have previously stayed at this hotel and I love it. It is good for it price, the breakfast is yummy, the rooms are super clean, the beds are very comfortable and the staff is very helpful. It is a bit compact but is perfect.

Perfect location, near famous restaurants like Papa John's, Burger shops, beautiful Colombian restaurants, near 2 more shopping centers less than 10 min walking to each one. The hotel is located in the most famous street/area called " Milla 60"Room super clean. Comfortable mattress, big bathroom and breakfast included made my stay perfect. Breakfast was buffet and everything was delicious.People was super friendly too. I arrived very early in the morning, the recommend check-in was until 3 pm, but they let us enter at 11 am, without paying more which was super nice ! The price is also good according to the quality of the hotel. I highly recommend it for next stays.
