The staff are very friendly and polite.The hotel offers meal and drinks with reasonable price.

The hot water for shower was not very stable, but it seemed to be a common issue in the area.

No AC, but the fans were a good substitute

They offer storage service while on safari, and the food from the restaurant is delicious and well priced. I will stay here again and recommend Bright Star to others who visit Arusha!

The staff here is so kind and helpful. For us it was a Perfect place to stay some nights before and after a safari. The staff took good care of our bagage while we were on tour.Good and clean rooms.

Maybe some people will say that it is a bit away from the center of Town. For us it did not matter and we found both supermarket and restaurants in walking distance.

This was our second stay at Bright Star and every bit as enjoyable as the first. We had a room opening onto the long upstairs balcony. Very nice to sit there and relax after busy days. Really helpful and friendly staff. The breakfasts were nice, too. We can highly recommend this hotel!

Location not the best, but ok

This place was very clean! It also had a very good breakfast. I booked rooms for both me and my driver and we both enjoyed our stay.

Side road to get to the motel was narrow. Hard for two cars to pass at the same time. Thankfully there are places one car can enter to allow another vehicle to pass by.Curtains are thin so you are able to see those who are outside your window on the balcony, but discovered windows are a type of glass that it is not easy for people to see you from outside.

This motel was one of the cleanest motels I have stayed in. Also the staff was awesome. One of the best places to stay for the price you pay.

Only challenge is that you have to drive a small amount of road that is very narrow to get to the motel once you leave the main road. This could be a challenge for a large group that needs to arrive to motel using a bigger bus.

Veronica and her team are some of the most welcoming and kind people you’ll meet and the place itself is perfect hideout from the hustle and bustle of the amazing city of Arusha Food’s exceptionalRooms are perfect for a great nights sleep: clean/black out curtains/comfy beds/cool temperature (which is a treat out here)On top of all of this Veronica and her team went above and beyond for me when I left my bag in a Bajaj when being dropped off at the hotel. This bag had my laptop and passport along with a number of other valuable goods inside it. With the CCTV images from the hotel and the local knowledge of where I had been picked up they got it back. Absolute angels!

It is a nice place with great balcony. First day when I arrived there monkeys there! I haven't seen them since so it is not every days occasion. The breakfast is huge! It was tasty also. I spend 5 days there, including New Years and I liked it.

The wifi is a bit weak, but I guess it is like that in Arusha. Also it is a bit far from the center so I always used taxi. Other than that is was great!

Comfortable hotel with nice beds and a restaurant

Neighborhood is not nice so only option is to use hotel restaurant or use a taxi to go out

Comfortable and spacious room. The building looks great and the staff was responsive. There were many things that the person at the reception didn't have knowledge of, but the manager was always around to help. You can access the hotel from one of the main street, which makes it easy to reach. A big market is close to the location, and there are many shops nearby selling everything you need for your stay.

The path leading to the hotel from the main street is a bit sketchy, especially after sunset. Feels remote and unsecured, but I didn't have any problems the 3 nights I stayed there.Bathroom is pretty cramped.

Excellent breakfast. Tilapia lunch was also great.Great service. Comfortable rooms. Nice central location without road noise but with animal sounds instead.

Good rooms but with thin curtains and animal sounds in the morning (cockerels, cows) that interrupted our sleep a little.

This well-kept property is a secluded jewel within a busy, marginalized area of the city. Beautiful landscaped entrance and pround interior. My comfortable room on the second floor had a lovely sunny balcony and spacious bed, powerful ceiling fan and servicable desk. The restaurant prepared a healthy, limited menu. The staff is exceedinly friendly and accommodating. the free airport shuttle is efficient and reliable. cold beer available and a market nearby. Don't pass this one up.

Beds were comfy, water was hot, getting a Bolt car to drive you to town was easy. Best value stay in Arusha
