Towels have unpleasant smell

The breakfast needs improvement with a variety of eats . The location was excellent

The bathroom and towels needs alot of improvement. The showers needs changing.

Internet in my room was weak. Also the noise from outside was a bit annoying (eg cars, music)

Overall, the service was fair. Rooms are cleaned everyday and the maintenance is good. However, the wi fi is a disaster. For days, I couldn’t call anyone. The breakfast is served late and the hotel doesn’t provide reliable information on transportation. Staff do not even accept to help book taxis on apps. They send people pay more than twice of the market price. The menu at the restaurant is too western and expensive. It makes it difficult to have a local experience

We would like to have had scrambled eggs for breakfast. They had hard boiled eggs:

Relatively clean room with all essential amenities. Central location.Nearby ATM and convenience store. Friendly staff.

Average buffet breakfast. Very hard and uncomfortable bed.

Queen room was large allowing me to spread out and repack after safari. Clean flip flops made my stay. Wi-fi worked fine in the room. 120 V electric outlet is in the bathroom. Reception lounge was spacious and had a different wi-fi but same password. Early morning breakfast was basic but good. Cooked buffet looked tasty but I had to leave for my flight so I couldn't partake. Best of all the staff was excellent - reception, concierge, wait staff.

The bathroom is dated but ok. The hotel has an old fashioned feel which was fine for me but is not for everyone's taste.

I would say it's strategic location is a plus,

If one is looking for a comfortable, strategically located and value for money place to stay in Arusha town,then this is the place,it is one of the oldest hotels and did not disappoint

Large modern room with sitting area. Electric kettle and fridge in room. Friendly, efficient staff.

Location is superb, almost center to all important locations. I like the quietness of the hotel and surrounding environment. The room was spacious and bed comfy.

Breakfast could do with more options. AC was not working, lucky visit was during the cold period. Bathroom partition was partially broken. Also, if you need food at the hotel, the cafe has limited options. Also word of advise, put even a small carpet in the rooms, with the freezing cold having to step on an ice cold tile at night can be very offsetting.
